1 /5 Team Green Party Decore, LLC: I came in November and they sent my labs to the incorrect provider that cause an out of network fee of over $200. I called and spoke to the manager who advised they would take care of the bill. To date that hasn’t been done and they’ve stopped responding to my messages on mycart and they aren’t returning phone calls. I am at risk for collections and these people do not care. I don’t recommend coming here.

1 /5 Keely Hile: Worst experience ever. First appointment was a disaster & everyone I dealt with was heartless. Had a panic attack and didn’t have the courtesy to offer me a tissue. The nurse practitioner pretty much told me that she just told someone they had a miscarriage and at least it was me. They invalidated my feelings and emotions. Don’t go here if your emotional while pregnant!

5 /5 Teja Green: I love everybody in this building. Dr. Bostella Walker is one of the most beautiful spirits I’ve ever encountered. She is a lovely, humble and knowledgeable woman. I’ve visited with her twice and I’ve been blown away each time. She is a great example of what we expect from our medical doctors. Thank you so much for everything! You’re a gem!

The front desk ladies are polite, and even when I made a mistake with my appointment time, they still helped to squeeze me in! They’re quick and informative!

1 /5 Kymberli Patterson: Advent health is the most unorganized dishonest place I have EVER been to. If I could leave no stars I would. When you call about your problem either they are EXCEPTIONALLY rude or they tell you that theyre going to fix it and never do. I will never ever come back here and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

Watson Clinic LLP (Main) - Lakeland Alex T: Ive been going to Watson Clinic for all of my life and since becoming disabled, theyve told me for years that if I can get on Social Security, then theyll be able to cover everything. I finally get on Social Security, only for Watson Clinic to tell me that they do not accept Medicaid from Social Security. Why tell your patients that Social Security will cover visits/medication if it isnt?

Watson Clinic Bella Vista Building - Lakeland B Cool: Dr. Ambinbola is very professional, thorough, she answered all of my questions, told me the truth and is a very nice person. She knows her stuff! Dr. Ambinbolas staff is amazing too!! Kind, empathic, helpful. And the check-in staff and X-ray staff were so sweet and considerate also!! Thank you, thank, thank you!!! It is very refreshing to enter a healthcare facility, where people dont feel well, and are greated with kindness!!
