5 /5 Darlene morales: Doctors and staff were amazing. They tended my every need, ran all the appropriate tests and clearly explained the results. I came in with chest pain and high blood pressure, which is very scary. Thankfully my heart was fine. The nurses were very attentive and sweet. I felt like I was at a luxury hotel. I had the pleasure of meeting Lizbeth from Patient Services. She was very sweet and kind answered any questions I had and made sure I was being well taken care of. She remined me of the character that plays the role of Director of Patient Services in the show Chicago Med. All in all great experience

5 /5 yanet Rodriguez: Really amazing Orientation for new nurses. Victor and Mario make sure we all feel welcomed and at ease. They make themselves available to new hires for any questions, concerns or needs. It has a been a great experience.

5 /5 Raymond Cuervo: I came in the day before yesterday room 201B the service was excellent. Nurses were very sweet and very caring. I’m checking out today and everything has been done to the most perfection. I highly recommended.

I would love to see a hospital chaplain or a priest that can be available to assist patient ls rights and family support. We would love to see more communication between Doctors and family would be more appreciate. The Patient Experience assistant was excellent. I would strongly recommend this hospital

5 /5 Mel Martin: Was recently admitted for an emergency hernia surgery. The team of surgeons who attended me was quick diligent and provided a well organized assessment plan. My nurses on the second floor Rafaela, Claudia and Karen were incredibly attentive and made me feel comfortable and cared for up until my time for discharge. Thank you all
