  • Monte Sinai - Miami Beach Gloria Sofer: The best hospital in Miami Beach. Best Drs. Best Concierge Drs. Best of everything.
Miami Beach Pediatrics - Miami Beach Esther Montoro: Finally a pediatrician with the same integrative approach and holistic mentality as my own. I just want the healthiest and most natural way to take care of my newborn, where antibiotics and foreign substances are only used when absolutely necessary and natural remedies not applicable. Such a relief that I don’t have to explain myself for not choosing to give junk to my baby in his earliest days!!!
The Lennar Foundation Medical Center - Coral Gables DJ AJ Falcon: Beautiful, modern facility! Great staff and equipment. Could benefit from better signage and giving parking instructions to patients before their appointments. Unbeknownst to me, they have a garage here and will validate your parking. I only visited for annual eye exam. Highly recommend just get better instructions from your provider as to exactly where theyre located and parking instructions. Its a vast, large facility, and more specific instructions were not given to me. Wouldve definitely given it 5 stars if not for these areas they could improve upon.
Restore Medical LLC - Bay Harbor Islands Erica Smith: Dr. Whitehead, Dr. Ramirez, I and the entire staff at Restore are amazing. Start to finish from consultation to follow up they are there for you with personal attention and a true passion for serving the Transgender community. My surgery was the only thing happening for the day so the entire office gave me their full attention, and that is the way they plan it, truly celebrity level service. They make me feel like the most important thing happening in their day every time I walk through the door. This is the most personal, professional, and efficient medical process I have ever had. The level of experience and talent you receive is truly world class and the whole team worked tirelessly to keep me comfortable and make me feel at home. They truly care about your experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Devendra Chandra Joshi, MD - Miami Beach H: I recently had surgery with Dr. Joshi, and I can’t recommend him and his staff highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Joshi took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions with patience, making me feel truly cared for. The entire staff was equally wonderful—always helpful and genuinely warm. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them, whether by phone or through the MyChart app. It made managing my appointments and follow-up questions a breeze. When I experienced some pain after the surgery, I was amazed at how quickly Dr. Joshi made himself available. His understanding and caring approach really put me at ease during a stressful time. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I’m already feeling better! If you’re looking for a surgeon who combines skill with compassion, look no further than Dr. Joshi and his incredible team. Thank you all for making this experience as positive as possible!
Mount Sinai Hospital - Miami Beach Sara Franca: On August 17, 2023 the doctor Anthony Catapano was in the emergency room As a critical care nurse for the past 7 years, it is my professional opinion that there was a delay of care in my grandmothers unfortunate stroke and death. She displayed classic symptoms of a large vessel occlusion such as altered state of consciousness, the hemiplegia on her left side and the gaze deviation. All of which were documented on her arrival to the ER at Mount Sinai, however they failed to call a Stroke alert or Code Fast to prepare the stroke team and CT Scan on her arrival. Not only did the paramedics fail to alert the hospital en route, but the providers in the hospital also failed to identify classic LVO symptoms. The American Heart Association recommends a  CT Scan in less than 20 minutes of arrival to ED with stroke symptoms, it took them over 45 minutes to bring her down and begin the CT scan on her. She arrived at 20:47 by ambulance and they began scanning her, head to toe at 21:33. Per her medical records, there was no FAST-ED scale done on her arrival, until 23:29 when the radiologist finally called the ED doctor at 22:38, more than an hour after they had finished scanning her to tell him there was an occlusion of the Right Internal carotid artery. After 22:38, you see the ED doctor start putting in stroke orders, orders that should have been initiated on her arrival to not delay care, and the Neuro Team was finally activated at 23:21. Mount Sinai as a "Comprehensive Stroke Center" should be well versed on the classic signs and symptoms of a stroke and also know that the standard of care is 90 minutes or less, door to needle time for intervention. However, it took them almost 4 hours to do any intervention on my grandmother, she was taken to  cath lab for a mechanical thrombectomy at 00:35. Their untimely diagnosis resulted in her being out of the window to receive thrombolytics that could have broken up the clot, before proceeding with the thrombectomy. They incorrectly charted her Last Known Well being at noon,  when it was 30 minutes prior to her arriving to their ED. The medical care provided at Mount Sinai was negligent and failed to meet the standards of competent medical care. Her clinical outcome could have been different if a timely diagnosis would have been made, time is brain, and she was rapidly loosing brain tissue with all the delays. Had she been treated appropriately, there could have been a chance for recovery, as she arrived in the hospital in less than an hour after her last known well. My family, and especially my grandfather have suffered a great loss resulting in emotional distress and loss of companionship for him.
Baptist Health Urgent Care | Coral Gables - Coral Gables Carmelo Stanco: recently visited Baptist Urgent Care in Coral Gables and had an outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff provided top-notch patient care from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I felt truly cared for and appreciated the thoroughness of the medical team. I highly recommend Baptist Urgent Care for anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention. Great service and excellent patient care!
Claudia Landaeta, MD - Miami Beach Dodo: Once you see a doctor, its great. Dr. Tunjano is an amazing doctor. However, to wait 1.5-2 hours every visit makes it not worth it. And every time weve come, its been a long wait. If I set an appointment at 3:30 pm, I should wait no more than 30 minutes. These are kids for gods sake. Go somewhere else or to another location that is less busy. This one just sucks. Sorry to say it.
Pedro J Brasac,MD - Miami Beach Diana P. del Castillo: Dr. Brasac is an exceptional doctor. I have been under his care for more than 13 years, and he has consistently shown patience and kindness. He goes above and beyond to thoroughly explain all aspects of my health. His staff is also commendable, as they confirm appointments, provide insurance estimates, and are always accommodating to individual needs.
Stanley C. Myers Center - Miami Beach Stephanie Zuluaga: If you don’t have to come here then don’t. An appointment means nothing because you can still easily wait 2 hours. People are rude and overall experience is not great.
