She uses the highest quality lashes and is delicate yet precise with her technique. Cannot recommend her enough. I am extremely picky when it comes to my eyelashes and maintaining my natural lashes/ lash care. I was referred to Oxana and I cannot be more thankful. I tried going to a very reputable salon before meeting Oxana and they did not do a good job. Oxana is amazing, she did exactly what I wanted without damaging my lashes and I trusted her right away.
