She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to color and is always conscious of maintaining - and in my case, restoring - the overall health and integrity of your hair. She is also one of the kindest and sweetest people I know! Thank you Joann! I love you!

5 /5 Nancy Richards: I absolutely love JOANN!! I never feel rushed. She talks her way through everything she’s doing, and the whys of it, which I love! My hair has never looked nicer! The cuts I’ve had hold their shape even if I’m out of town for weeks. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and honest!! She truly cares about how my hair looks when I leave the salon. Really, what more would you want in a beautician?? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOANN!!

She manages to keep my length while giving me some shape. Her invisible layers are flawless and it grows out so beautifully. I absolutely love how my hair moves! Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially anyone with long thick hair!
