1 /5 TheWeston07: I have used Lavish Manors Nail & Hair Spa for quite some time. Dustin is my nail tech. and does an absolutely wonderful job. The problem I encountered today, and have encountered numerous times is one of the two managers who answer the phone and take appointments. Once again, I called today to schedule an appointment with Dustin for Saturday. Whichever Manager that answered wanted to argue with me about what day I could come in. The Manager argued that I could come in on Friday, or Sunday but not on Saturday. When I confronted him about Dustins availability for Saturday, he had no real reason for denying me Saturday. And its very interesting, because a friend of mine called in right before I did to schedule an appointment on Friday, and got the same run around from this same manager. This continues to happen time over time. I pay good money for the services that are provided to me and tip Dustin very well. The manager who continually causes the issues evidently does not want my business. Extremely dissatisfied with, once again, the experience I had with this manager, and even though I am extremely happy with Dustin, I am done going through the B.S. every time I try to schedule, and will probably look elsewhere, where my business is appreciated.

2 /5 Justyce Delaney: It’s very decently priced, but they rushed me as soon as i got in the door and did not let me pick out a color. I asked for the deluxe which included a massage and some other things which i did not receive. The two workers were talking the entire time and would stop working to talk to the other worker.

5 /5 Cassidy Puttick: I love Lavish Nails. Andrew is amazing and always does my nails. May did my mom’s nails and my mom loved her too. Everyone is very friendly and their prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I truly appreciate a company who cares about customer feedback. I did my nails with Lyn and she did an amazing job. Original 2 star review: This was my first time at Lamia. I showed the young lady at the front desk the design I wanted and asked for someone who was capable. I got a basic pedicure with gel polish. That experience was fine. My nails… this is the reason for my review of 2 stars. Once again. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the only thing I changed was the shape of the nails. I chose Gelx bc I got a coffin shape and a lot of people have a difficult time shaping with acrylic. Medium length. The gap between 7 of my nails and the gelx extension is unbelievable. This is how people get fungus on their nail. When the water is trapped. The lady could not do the half flower design with 4 petals. Instead it looks like the foot of a chicken. And she didn’t put any of the other designs that were in the picture. If I had the time, I would’ve taken them off and left with my nails not done. Next time, if you don’t have someone who can do the work, then just say so. I would’ve respected that more than wasting $120 on my nails. The reason I gave two stars was bc she didn’t mess up my pedicure. The pictures below: the first one is what I asked for. The other two pictures: what I got. Looks nothing like flower petals to me.

This was the first time I did the sugar wax and although some parts were obviously not fun the overall experience was much better than I remember. I was serviced by Chelse and she made me feel as ease and the process wasnt awkward like I remember. Overall, would definitely come back!

Lily van Ghemen: I write this review because this is truly the most perfect mani pedi you can get. I found out about this place through a girl friend who always had the most beautiful mani pedi. She gave me the contact and I have now been going continuously for 8 months, although it’s not close to me. The unmatched service does make the effort of extra commute forth it, without a doubt. I have been doing the Russian semi permanent manicure every time and my nails are still completely healthy, which was not the case when I would do shell lack, continuously. My nails do not break, nor has this manicure ever chipped the 10 times I have done it now. I personally like to go every 2.5-3 weeks but even if you go every 5 weeks this manicure has stayed in PERFECT condition. Time and money wise there is no better argument to choose this salon over any other nail studio. If you are seeking perfection with your nails this is the place where you receive it every single time. The unparalleled quality of the result being one thing, I love having found this place, as the person who does your nails is focused. They don’t text, talk on the phone or chitchat with their colleagues. They are respectful of your time and focus on the job you are there to receive. I have so far only done my manicures with Sandu with semi permanent polish, but my pedicures I do with classic nail polish and they last just as long as my manicure. This place does not sell you unnecessary extras on a proper pedicure. Their Russian pedicure will have your feet feel and look perfect for a month. The technique with which they work makes it that even if you tend to have dry cuticles or callus for it to not reoccur for a month. Their waxxing is done with the sugaring technique and is also something I can recommend full heartedly. These pictures are of my four-day-old Russian semi-permanent manicure done by Sandu.
