5 /5 DJ A: First time getting my nails done, I am so happy with my results. I got my toes done by Ryan and he did a very good job. I also got my nails done by Tiffany, which was a fantastic job. She made the design very pretty and the layout is so gorgeous. I am happy with my results and I will say the customer service was a 10 out of 10 wasn’t too much talking and there wasn’t too much you know moving around and stuff like that. It was a nice experience as someone with social anxiety. I don’t like to talk a lot so I was very grateful for this experience and I would definitely come back for my birthday nails.

1 /5 Yvonne Manokian: Im sharing a horrible situation yesterday I had a 10 am appointment. Standing outside and Tiffany shows up at 10:25 she never said goodmorning or sorry I was late. She was to do my gel pedicure and someone else did it. She also was to do my dipping powder nails and I had to wait she was working on someone else. Why not take your 10am customer first. Then when I asked her to match my nails to my toes she didnt she was complaining to the staff not to use this color she rather use another color. She waited on people at the counter and had to wait longer. When i had to pay 101.00 later they charge 5.00 extra for using the cheese grater on your feet. I stopped by last week and asked how much a gel pedicure was and dipping powder nails. She said 91.00..I got played. I also called back and complained and said Im never coming back. Funny thing she took my phone number down and said if shes running late again she will call me. Really??? First time not a very good first impression going there. Shes very rude! I wont be back trust me the least she could have done was give me a discount which by the way it says that on the website. First time customer 15% discount.
