2 /5 Ericka Sanders: Been going to this place for 5 years and all of a sudden their customer service skills is starting to really suck . No massages are given when getting a pedicure you have to literally remind them to do the basics during your pedicure. Forgetting to give the hot towel treatment. It’s just a mess . I use to love this place and now I’m seeking some where else to go and spend my hard earned money. Jennie and Yvonne needs to start caring about the people she not just the money. The place is falling apart slowly. Overall they do nails great but customer service is a 4/10.

2 /5 Chelsea DeLaTorre: I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasnt dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldnt even get straight lines. At least they didnt cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

1 /5 Monique Erisnor: I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. They said you lost your money and said they have another client. She was so rude and ignored me. I didn’t wash my face like she said. Don’t go! You will waste your money.

2 /5 Rebeca Caceus: I’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors. I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. I understand accidents but more than once is unacceptable and very unsanitary. I feel like these mistakes wouldn’t happen if they weren’t rushing to get you out before they close. I’ve had decent experiences, don’t get me wrong but if you want quality, sanitation and professionalism…I would find somewhere else.
