Sandra Garcia Had my acrylics done twice here. I actually really liked the lady doing them. She did a fabulous job, the nails looked great! After about two weeks one of the nails popped off, as acrylics often do, and I noticed a slight green color. Thought maybe my nail was bruised. I decided to take the rest of the acrylics off and discovered two more green nails. Definitely not a bruise, it’s fungus. A total of 3 of my nails have it. This is really upsetting and disgusting. In all of the years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this before. Very sad

A Jimenez Been going here and seeing Kim for over 10 years for my nails and I will never go anywhere else. I’ve had to go elsewhere less than 5 times over the years due to being out of town and was regretful! Clean and professional environment with amazing prices and people who know what they’re doing. Love City Nails! They are truly the best.

Schwartz Kelly (1FabulousMom) This was a first-time appointment. Ms. Bella was so kind, efficient and attentive to what our request was. Love the finished look. It is exactly what was we wanted. We will definitely be back.

Kristen Zarate AMAZING! I came in from Seattle and need a pedicure and full set. I’m telling you I had a foot massage during that pedicure that put me in a trance! My nails were done with such care and detail. The prices were perfect. The place was empty when I went and I was glad of that but I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have a line out the door. Fabulous. Id recommend to anyone in the Palm Beach area.

Zaray Sojos My first time walking in this nails spot , and Tony gave me a great service doing gel pedicure the shape I asked for and the color I wanted!! I love it and I would come back monthly!!

Leslie Rosenberg Vicki gave me a good pedicure and foot massage. Kathy did a great job on the dipping for my nails, perfect color! When I wasn’t happy that the colors didn’t really match, Kathy removed the polish on my toes, and repainted them with a much better color match. I left feeling great, and will definitely return!

The Champ I got a manicure and pedicure done at this place. The price was decent, $70 for the service without tips. However, the attitude was not great. When I came in and spoke to the lady at the front, they said something in their language, and then all of them started laughing. The lady doing my nails seemed like she was having a hard day. She spoke perfect English but barely interacted with me and would just push my foot away whenever she wanted me to move. Im giving 3 stars because my toes still look nice, but as you can see in the pictures below, less than a week later, the clear coat on my fingernails is already coming off. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

MS. CASTRO Mike my nail tech is amazing! Always happy when I leave here. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable and the salon is very clean. June always does a terrific job with my pedicures.

Kimone Anderson I have been coming here the last 1yr and some months , never had a problem with my nails done I always use Julie for my service , I am so disappointed I went in there this morning and had to take service from someone new , I don’t know her name . Look at what I left with .. and I had to pay full price for this horrible job . The dips are so thin you can see through my nails , it’s not straight at all around the edges my toes are a mess and they took my money.. I am not one to leave a review but the mere fact that I made the complain before I left the salon and nothing was done to fix the problem is making me so furious, because these need to be done all over again.

Cher Louis My toe was cut twice while getting a pedicure. I told the guy in charge, and all he said was that he would talk to her. I paid full price, and my toe still hurts. Hours later, I tried walking in my heels that I must be able to walk in tomorrow for a show, and my toe starts bleeding again. I hope this doesnt ruin my walk. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others.

Jennifer Gardner Im beyond pissed. The quality of my nails looks like a toddler played on them. I just started coming here and this is my 3rd set. These are pretty basic and shouldnt have been so hard to do. They dont have steady hands to make the lines good at all. My toes look so horrible and im going on vacation with this garbage im so embarrassed to have to wear these that i think om going to a new place tomorrow to do a paint change after just spending 35 on my toes and 65 on my nails smfh never again will i go here. Hana Kahale Ive been to many salons and this one is my favorite. The staff is personable and welcoming. Gel manicures with Lady are so relaxing, facials with Theresa leave my skin feeling soft as ever and haircuts with Raquel always get me compliments. Great location too. Love these ladies!

Alexa Stander I get highlights with Raquel and she does an amazing job every time! I have hair down to my hips and she keeps it a shiny, beautiful, light blonde. Her technique makes my hair look like I’m still a natural blonde. Even the grow out never looks bad. Most of my friends thought I was naturally this colour and I even had a gay man tell me “whoever does your highlights does an amazing job”. Thank you Raquel !

Ericka Sanders Been going to this place for 5 years and all of a sudden their customer service skills is starting to really suck . No massages are given when getting a pedicure you have to literally remind them to do the basics during your pedicure. Forgetting to give the hot towel treatment. It’s just a mess . I use to love this place and now I’m seeking some where else to go and spend my hard earned money. Jennie and Yvonne needs to start caring about the people she not just the money. The place is falling apart slowly. Overall they do nails great but customer service is a 4/10.

Chelsea DeLaTorre I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasnt dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldnt even get straight lines. At least they didnt cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

Monique Erisnor I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. They said you lost your money and said they have another client. She was so rude and ignored me. I didn’t wash my face like she said. Don’t go! You will waste your money.

Stephanie Bowie I was excited that a new tipsy salon opened super close to me. I really wanted to love this place but I really didn’t. I must say the staff was very nice. I had a gel pedicure and an acrylic fill with gel…the next morning I noticed my nail changed color on both hands and feet. I didn’t use any new products when I got home and I can’t say I’ve ever had that happen before. I went back the next day and they were very nice and re-did the color. Again , I was still optimistic about liking it here however , My nails all chipped within the first week. Such a disappointment! Side note they also charged me $7 for a small glass of wine which is usually included at the spa I normally go to.

Hailey Lord Single mom on limited time, wanted to try somewhere new and local. They did not open or show up for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and doors were locked- ok I was early. Waited the 5 minutes outside, no one came to open the door. Waited an extra 5 minutes, doors remained locked, despite hours posted on window and bright neon "open" sign flashing in window. I called and scheduled the appointment Monday and received confirmation texts, so its not like I was trying to walk in without scheduling in advance. Complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. If you like to be disappointed, this is the new salon for you.

sophia paynter Hidden gem! Emily is amazing - she’s so gentle and precise with Gel X, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She makes sure each nail is perfectly shaped and polished, and the results are always stunning and long lasting. Beyond Emily’s fantastic work, the whole staff at Tipsy Nails is wonderful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The salon has such a warm and friendly vibe that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Lesio Tania and her sister Imara are my go to nail and hair duo. They are the best! Been going to their nail salon for some time now and its always a great experience. Although as a guy, you dont typically need much: Tania is professional, quick and efficient. Since its a salon ran by sisters, they make it so that you can tell they really care about their customers and appreciate family. If you want a clean salon with great atmosphere and attention to detail, come here.

Nicole Ochoa What I love most about this salon is the personal touch you get from a small, family-owned business. The sisters clearly take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The salon is always clean, and they use high-quality products. Tania is the best and always so fun to talk to. Plus her manicures last long and as someone who is very picky with her nails, this is my favorite salon in west palm beach!!!

Sandra Robbins I was recommend to go to this salon for proper dipping powder. Thinking 2 people I trust vouch for the professional service I was excepting top treatment. What I got is 6 fingers out of 10 bleeding. This is day 2, and it looks like inflammation and possible infection. Worst part is the pain. No sorry no apologies no attention to detail and to top it off, couldn’t complain. The technician was actually the owner. Wouldn’t be back and never recommend this. Wouldn’t wish this misery to anyone.

Larry Jordan I have gone to this place several times in year for the last several years. I can expect it to be clean, smell good, and generally a pleasant experience. The staff starting with a receptionist is good in English for the most part. Only once did I Get a person that I thought did not understand me or vice versa. The service was great, however.

leticia felicio Howard and Christy are the best. Howard always gets my nails perfect and knows exactly what I want and never gets it wrong. I don’t go to anyone but him. I live in Boca and drive 40 min just to get my nails done with him. He is the BEST ever. If I could give this place 20/10 stars I would.

Nicole N I am SO picky, especially when it comes to my nails. I was so nervous to try a new place but I had done my research and was ready to take a risk! I am so happy I did! Christy and her team are wonderful!! They get my girlfriend in at any point and their work is amazing. Highly recommend.

Patricia McKinell My daughter has gotten gel X nails here before, and absolutely loved them. She got a lot of compliments, and they lasted a long time. Today I decided to go with her to get our nails done together, and VNK did not disappoint! Their employees were welcoming and did such a good job. I had Mimi, and my daughter had Tina. We both loved our nails; I got a regular manicure and pedicure, and my daughter got gel X nails and a gel pedicure. We will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you so much VNK!

Monica H I had gone in the beginning of December and wanted to wait before I did a review. I have to say, this set was not only what I wanted but lasted me a whole month. Victor did a beautiful job and was very gentle with my my nails. I work in customer service and Im constantly having to lift heavy items and my nails usually take a toll in what I do, but these lasted me.

Bogard, MD, FACOG Shyrlena L. One of the WORST manicures I have ever gotten. I just left VNK Nail Salon 5 minutes ago and as you can see in the pictures it does not look like I have a fresh manicure. To start, I requested a Milly white polish color (I donot recall the name/number). The manicurist simply said white, and proceeded to use that “white-out - white”, which looked really bad because my nails were not buffed and the polish went on very lumpy. I quickly selected an alternate polish (she blamed it on the polish), but because my nails were not buffed any whatsoever so the polish is not smooth. She just put the polish on thicker as though it would make it better. She butchered my cuticles with a choppy choppy motion, so again you can see for yourself how the cuticles look. No cuticle cream was used and she gave me ice cold water to soak my hands in. I said it was too cold, so she replaced it with lukewarm, but still no actual cuticle cream to soften the cuticles. My nails were also filed haphazardly; one edge is rounded while the other is square on most of the nails. The polish itself is not neat and absolutely zero moisturizer was placed on my hands at the end, so (again you can see in the photos) my skin is totally dry and ashy after soaking in the cold water. I can only imagine that the poor service is related to not having tips/acrylics or anything. It’s as though requesting a nice manicure on my real nails is a total inconvenience. Unfortunately I am a physician in a surgical specialty and I perform female gyne exams, therefore I cannot have long nails or any acrylic. This was an absolute waste of my time and now I must use another 2 hours to get them done again some place else:

Katelynn HIGHLY recommend!! I have been seeing Yahiara for almost 2 years now. Before, my gel manicures would not last more than 2 weeks without chipping or pulling up from the nail bed. Now, my manicures easily last 4 weeks with no chipping and completely intact. Her work is beautiful and you can tell she truly takes pride in her art and making her clients happy! I won’t go to anyone else :)

Nalina Vo Yahaira is amazing! Im so lucky to have found her. Ive been to many other salons where they dont do as good of a job as her. My nails never chip or break because she builds such a strong foundation with the products she uses. She is very detail-oriented and takes her time with your nails. I usually bring in a picture for her to use as a reference and she follows it or adjusts it to make it even better. She always turns my dreams into reality when it comes to my nails. She is such a genuine and down to earth person too. Book with her, you wont regret it!

Z Fiorella (Fio) Yahaira of YMP is the best !!! Talk about meticulous! She ensures perfection each time. As a hairstylist I’m tough with my hands and my nails last up to even 4 weeks !! I am legitimately blown away with each appointment. I always show her the inspiration photo and tell her she can put her own twist on it and I love it even better than the inspiration each time ! You won’t be disappointed, just book! ✨

Shey Cher was so wonderful and such a perfectionist with my nails! She took the time to make them perfect and how i wanted them. Im simple and new to getting my nails done, and she was easy to book with and super responsive! :) I wanted simple acrylic French tips square, and the lines are so clean and great color. Ill be coming back to her for my future fills and Mani Pedi appointments. Thank you, Cher!

DJ A First time getting my nails done, I am so happy with my results. I got my toes done by Ryan and he did a very good job. I also got my nails done by Tiffany, which was a fantastic job. She made the design very pretty and the layout is so gorgeous. I am happy with my results and I will say the customer service was a 10 out of 10 wasn’t too much talking and there wasn’t too much you know moving around and stuff like that. It was a nice experience as someone with social anxiety. I don’t like to talk a lot so I was very grateful for this experience and I would definitely come back for my birthday nails.
