To make it worse it was bad from day 1 but the way they treated my mom and over charging us, I didn’t even want to go back to get it fix. Going to a whole different nail salon just to get a polish change!

1 /5 One&Only: I am Beyond PISSED off and would give ZERO STARS if i could and will be reporting this business. They Charged MY CARD 185$ FOR A FRENCH PEDICURE AND ACRYLIC. my pedicure was 10 minutes long for $50 and then at checkout they told me 185. They had some guy do my pedicure who didnt know what he was doing and waa talking about me in a different language when i had a translator about how he didnt want to do my feet. Well surprise to them is that the 2nd nail tech who did my hands and designs on my feet, left their business because of their BS & told me it was supposed to be $100 and that they told her they charged me 100! And that I got overcharged! I am pissed. I want a refund immediately and I will never come here again. How dare you guys Rob people coming to get a 10 minute crap pedicure, that you claim is "the best for 50$" then charge me for a French tip short acrylic set and a pedicure for 185? Ew. Disgusting.

Ale H: First of all I’d like to start by saying that this PLACE is such a cute and cozy salon. From the smell of it, to the way the staff greets their clients. Everyone always has a smile on their face and never hesitate to say hello even if you’re not their client. I go to Bella for facials and I always leave wanting to come back already. She’s a wonderful and very sweet esthetician. I must also say that I have always had a hard time finding good pedicure technicians and Kim has been nothing but wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

The atmosphere was inviting and impressively clean, contributing to a relaxing experience. I began with a facial treatment from Christine, with whom I felt an immediate connection. She not only provided a wonderful service but was also very informative, enhancing my experience. Following that, I enjoyed a Swedish massage with Yolanda, who had a calming presence. The aroma of peppermint oil added to the overall ambiance, making the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who made my visit truly memorable.

Lauren Hawley: My nail techs name was Crystal. She did a good job on my pedicure and recommended I try dip nails instead of gels so I said okay let’s try it. I was very much enjoying myself until.. She realized she was running behind and then rushed to do my mani. She did not push back or clean up my cuticles or do any prep work to my nail beds besides removing old gel polish and a buff. She got glue and dip powder all over my hands and then tried cleaning it off by nipping the hardened powder on my skin off with nippers instead of using acetone! She also did not clean under any of my nails the entire service or any hand lotion. She started bad mouthing two clients in the salon saying they were wierd and think theyre pretentious and above her! Her words exactly . Then she asked if we’re good and was sending me out the door and I had to tell her to clean my skin with acetone and remove the glue from my skin to seperate my nail from my skin! I’m appalled! I still have hang nails, and black powder all over my skin. I’m very very disappointed.

Chloe Harding: Honestly, If I could give this place zero stars I would Red flags went up all the way around, but I still decided to give you a chance anyways Mrs. Mancini. I asked for simple, pink and white nails with a heart. Figured that couldn’t be too hard, right? We get halfway through and I noticed her layer of acrylic is so thin I can still see my nail bed mind you were two hours in at this point so I tried to trust the process. She finishes up and at this point I’m so irritated I just leave after paying $80. I cried on the way home my nails are bumpy lumpy and different shapes I even tried to fix them myself but nothing was saving these awful nails . I don’t even have my heart I wanted because you weren’t able to DRAW heart. After telling me you’ve been a nail tech for a VERY long time, you think you’d be able to do very simple artwork. Then I even tried to call and ask for half of my money back I was gonna let you keep 40 And you told me you were not gonna sit on the phone and negotiate with me. This lady is a fraud and a scam. Take your money and go to a professional Update: Went to 5th nail lounge on Fowler St today!!! Definitely recommend they fixed me right up!!
