When my 17 year old daughter told me she wanted to give it a try, I thought it was just going to be a temporary thing. To my surprise she has felt comfortable there since day one. Yes I say surprise because we all know how teenagers are very quick to change their minds. I have sat and have stood next to my daughter and seen how she has been touched by the power of God. When I saw her tears running down her face I felt joy and knew that she was comfortable at Local City Church. God is one in the same no matter where you worship him. I am glad that she has found it in her heart to allow us to call Local City Church home.

5 /5 Rebecca Kraft: Weve been 2 times now. Love having this church right in my neighborhood. Love the reputation they have built with the school. Heard great report from a friend who is an administrator at Hillsborough high school. The music is well done, preaching alive, interesting, on the spot in doctrine and Jesus is presented and represented in a way I feel makes His heart happy and brings a smile to His face. Its definitely worth a try if you are seeking answers to lifes hard questions or just need something bigger than yourself.

hector martinez: Here’s my take. I’ve accepted the lord into my life two years ago. Ever since I’ve read the Bible everyday without fail. I haven’t been to a church in all that time since accepting the lord. I’ve asked the lord if he wants me to go to a church and partake, then find me one. One that works for me, one that teaches. Well, today i found one. The people there are very welcoming. The word is preached from the book. It’s pretty much what I’ve been asking for. I’ve accepted the lord in my heart and comfest it out loud. But I haven’t been baptized. The Paster there was willing to do it on the spot. Im thinking, finally is this going to happen. Accepting the lord and baptism is a personal decision one makes for salvation. I was a little conflicted because it’s something that i want. But it was my first time there, and i wanted my wife and daughter to witness this wonderful event. It didn’t happen today. I hope this church will welcome me back. Great Paster and people there.

Greg Struemph: Talk about feeling welcome. We are visiting from Nashville. My friend Kelly and I found this church and was consumed with love from the second we stepped out of the Uber. Pastor Will took us under his wing and said extra prayers for Kelly and her difficult time in life. I highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience!

Mrs Marie: I felt like this church was a franchise church and so many cliques within the church that it NEVER felt inviting. I went many times, and every time, people who were part of the church and leading it only wanted to converse with their group of ppl they already knew. I can imagine its very tough for some, probably especially for some who are seeking help within church or for counsel.

Brianna Labour: Was attending this church for about 2 years. Was going good at first but my children started dealing with prejudicism, my oldest was get told racist comments. Then they would accuse her of smoking it was just bad experience. They talk alot about community and helping but when it comes to the people in the church they dont help very much. Its franchised alot about the money have kids leading the youth and they dont even have life experiences. Have sinful people being leaders in the church the list can go on. The leaders and directors look down to certain people that dont fit theyre criteria. I wont even step foot in this church again. Im sadden I allowed any of the people from this congregation to pray for me and my family. Ever since I been out this church God has been moving way more for me than being in this church. I learned more about the bible after removing myself than staying in this church.
