Y A Joined a connect group. Reached out when I was going through an extremely difficult time and needed people of faith to lift myself and others in prayer and encouragement. Ive never felt more disconnected and forgotten. They had all my information and never once bothered to reach out and see how I was doing or check to see why I stopped showing up. Very upsetting. Big church, flashy concert performances, bright blinding lights flashing and dimming, screen graphics, feel good message...maybe too big to care if one person falls off the radar. Thank God Jesus still cares about the 1 who goes missing even if the other 99 dont.

Nicky Pabst We were invited by a couple of friends and drove over from St. Pete to attend the 9:30 AM Palm Sunday service—and we’re so glad we did! The place was packed, and the energy was uplifting, upbeat, and super friendly. Pastor Aaron Burke delivered a message that was both funny and deeply engaging. This isn’t a prosperity gospel or new-thought church—it’s firmly rooted in the written Word, and that was so refreshing. If you’re shopping for a church, get in here. Alex Appenzeller I’ve been coming here for 3 years so far and it’s the most amazing church I’ve ever been to. I grew up in the Catholic Church so this is wildly different. This church is ALIVE with the power and presence of God.. and they believe the whole Bible!! The testimonies every Sunday are my favorite part.. they will change your life!

Victoria Vaden This church is in the same network as our church in our home state. Knowing that, we decided to attend a service the first weekend that we moved here. We have been attending for over two years now. This church has become more than a “building of churchgoers,” because they are literally family. Being almost 20 hours from all of our family and friends, we are SO grateful to be part of this church. Everyone is very welcoming and you can “feel” the Spirit during each service. I can’t say enough good things about our experience in life groups, prayer partners, the Production team, and the pastors. If you haven’t attended, try attending on a Saturday, if you’re not used to “larger” churches. Get involved, and the church will seem even more personable.

Mascara Monkees We love our little church! We have been coming here for about 20 years and even after visiting other churches for different functions Calvary always feels like home. The fact that there are so many places that muddy of the clear presentation of the gospel makes this church beyond refreshing. A Clear, biblical gospel presentation is given at the end of every single service.

Tetiana Wol Today, angels from this church came to my home and helped me begin my new life in Tampa. The church blessed us with furniture so that we could start our life here without overwhelming stress. My family, my children, and I are endlessly grateful to God for this church and for the people who responded with such kindness and generosity. Grant Miller Been to a few churches since I moved here in Oct they have a great message u can tell they really care there . message is not give us money over and over again like most churches I hate that this is the first place I felt welcome they werent just after Money I actually felt like I was supposed to hear there msg that day I Will definitely be going back check it out

Leslie Gray My first and last visit to GraceCity Tampa was on Mothers Day when my adult daughter, husband and myself visited. We have been in ministry ourselves for 26 years, and were away from home. While the word was good, the people were cold and indifferent to us as visitors. Not even one person spoke to us, welcomed us, or so much as said hello. I post this hoping that you will look into your hearts and ask yourselves if that is how you think Christ would treat visitors.

Armando Hernandez Luis In Romans 14:19 the apostle Paul encourages us to make our top priority to live a life of peace with harmony in our relationships, eagerly seeking to strengthen and encourage one another. Personally I am seeing the heart of a church that follows God’s command to love one another; to pray and build each others up. I am blessed to have a spiritual family, team and friends that chase the love of God with all their might. They want to do it together, committed to what each one of them has been called for to glorify Jesus in all His splendor. It’s a beautiful season for all to treasure and protect. My prayer for us is to be strengthened in the knowledge of a God who is holy and mighty and that our lives reflect His character through our individual sanctification. So we remain steadfast through any circumstance that we face during all seasons of ministry; therefore we can testify and continuously see the goodness of God in our relationships, church and community. As Paul said “it is through my union with Jesus Christ, that I enjoy an enthusiasm and confidence in my ministry for God.”

Ive found a community here that has helped me feel accepted no matter where I stand in life. Stephen Blackburn This is a phenomenal church: Bible based teaching and the people are totally authentic. I love the diversity. Worship is fantastic. They are so active in our community; serving the under served and unfortunate. Every event is so fun and an opportunity to meet great people and fellowship while serving our community. They have created a family for the community and a place to grow together. I love this church and its amazing Pastors, leadership and people. If you are reading this, you have to check them out.

Cassie I’ve recently started opening the door to faith and God . grace family church has been the perfect fit to my new beginnings . I feel like I can walk in with no judgement and as myself . I grew up in a very strict judgmental church but everyone around you as as welcoming as they come. Very happy I attend this grace family church . I am very strong about all the pastors . Bocquet Leslee-Ann Everyone is so loving, you are welcomed with open arms and words of encouragement. The youth and family ministry is awesome! Its definitely one of the best things about the church. No matter how old or young, you will feel the love the church gives you. The church is full with so much diversity and different cultures, its amazing who can meet and where their from. The church makes you feel at home!

hector martinez Here’s my take. I’ve accepted the lord into my life two years ago. Ever since I’ve read the Bible everyday without fail. I haven’t been to a church in all that time since accepting the lord. I’ve asked the lord if he wants me to go to a church and partake, then find me one. One that works for me, one that teaches. Well, today i found one. The people there are very welcoming. The word is preached from the book. It’s pretty much what I’ve been asking for. I’ve accepted the lord in my heart and comfest it out loud. But I haven’t been baptized. The Paster there was willing to do it on the spot. Im thinking, finally is this going to happen. Accepting the lord and baptism is a personal decision one makes for salvation. I was a little conflicted because it’s something that i want. But it was my first time there, and i wanted my wife and daughter to witness this wonderful event. It didn’t happen today. I hope this church will welcome me back. Great Paster and people there.

Greg Struemph Talk about feeling welcome. We are visiting from Nashville. My friend Kelly and I found this church and was consumed with love from the second we stepped out of the Uber. Pastor Will took us under his wing and said extra prayers for Kelly and her difficult time in life. I highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience!

Mrs Marie I felt like this church was a franchise church and so many cliques within the church that it NEVER felt inviting. I went many times, and every time, people who were part of the church and leading it only wanted to converse with their group of ppl they already knew. I can imagine its very tough for some, probably especially for some who are seeking help within church or for counsel.

Brianna Labour Was attending this church for about 2 years. Was going good at first but my children started dealing with prejudicism, my oldest was get told racist comments. Then they would accuse her of smoking it was just bad experience. They talk alot about community and helping but when it comes to the people in the church they dont help very much. Its franchised alot about the money have kids leading the youth and they dont even have life experiences. Have sinful people being leaders in the church the list can go on. The leaders and directors look down to certain people that dont fit theyre criteria. I wont even step foot in this church again. Im sadden I allowed any of the people from this congregation to pray for me and my family. Ever since I been out this church God has been moving way more for me than being in this church. I learned more about the bible after removing myself than staying in this church.

Christie Steele This is the best church Ive ever been to (In 29 memorable years). Ive been coming here for three years, since I moved to Tampa. No one preaches like Pastor Tommy. He has an unparalleled gift for teaching. Hes a funny, kind and genuine speaker. No matter how long youve been going to church, youll learn something here. This is the church gem of Tampa. I only wish there was something like this everywhere. Update: Even years later, now that I live elsewhere, I still watch the sermons online. I can’t get the same amount of learning anywhere else.

Travis Rea This is a very welcoming church with a great kids ministry and Bible teaching from the lead pastor Mitch. This is a church to call home and find community.
