1 /5 Xavier Falcon: The frustration I have is immense. I was told that it would take 24-48 hours for a sports physical to be filled out that I could email and scan and send to the office and they would email it back to me. This did not happen. I have yet to still receive it almost 120 hours later. I called back to confirm they got my email because I was informed a follow up email would be sent to verify that it was received, never happened. When I had called they told me they had it and it would be 24 hours. I call back and was told that it indeed was not going to be 24 hours, but 36 hours from when I called. So even after the 24 I was told to wait another 36. I ended up having to go to an urgent care and spending almost 50 dollars to have it done because the office was extremely untimely. Going on over 100+ hours and I have still yet to receive the physical from them at all. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Extremely untimely front office. Unfortunate because I have been receiving great care from them for over 17+ years.

1 /5 Family Ramirez Garcia: If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start with they give you an appointment time and while they usually call pretty quickly to the back all they do is leave you in one of their many rooms waiting for on occasion over an hour for the doctor to give you 5 mins, a total disrespect of my time. Dr Sanjay Mehra has 0 tact when speaking, I have only one child and I am firstly not blind to the developmental delays that she has shown but for a doctor to see her and say she’s obviously autistic in that manner without going over what this means for her (which btw he can only make assumptions because she could have other conditions or just be speech delayed how multiple other people in our family have been) is preposterous. I felt so bad that I left the doctors office crying, and inquired about other pediatricians (but never took her). I decided to give them another chance with another doctor but to my surprise she has been officially transferred out. I requested to speak with Office manager to clear up to that she had never gone to another doctor and I would keep her there, she said they transferred her out, when I asked for an exception she, with an attitude, told us that she could not make an exception as this was their policy however the girl in the front said they do make exceptions so on top of having an attitude she is a liar. God knows why they have horrible reviews and why he made this happen but DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, they are about the $$ and how many people can be seen. TRUST ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS.

2 /5 Sharon Jurado: Since I started coming here not once have I been called in on time. Waiting times are 1 1/2-2 hrs before you see a Dr. when I asked the staff about the waiting times I get attitude and asked if I want to cancel. It’s so sad that now in days everything is about money, they over book, we had to wait standing up because there’s so many people in the waiting room. This is what life has become, all about numbers, they don’t care about patients or their well being, they spend less then 10 mins with the patient while waiting 2-3 hrs to see a dr. So make sure if you have a little one to bring plenty of snacks and toys to keep them entertained because you will be there a while.

Garcia: The front desk is so rude and unprofessional they roll their eyes and ignore you, there is a huge glass creating a barrier and you cant hear what they say, you have to yell the whole time. The manager is even more rude, she has no medical knowledge and she uses words like " we have to follow the law" to scare parents where it is all made up! There is no law that states what she is saying, do your research and be aware, she does not know what she is talking about, she should not speak for the providers who have the real knowledge about the subjected and she goes agaisnt their recommendation. She even said the doctor was mistaken ( he has been practicing for decades, he is not mistaken, you are!) There is zero customer service. I cant express enough how rude, poorly trained, bad attitude, and lack of knowledge the manager and front desk have.

1 /5 Ann Alba: My daughter took my grandson for his 6 months appt. On Friday 5/24, The experience with the Nurse Practitioner was lovely. She interacted with my grandson and wanted to know everything about him. The medical assistant Nanette came in and gave him his vaccines. This was her second time giving them to him. The first visit was not a great experience because she would give the liquid that the babies are supposed to drink last while they are still crying and my grandson choked. My daughter asked Nanette to give the liquid first so when the rest of the vaccines are given he doesnt have to drink this liquid while he is crying. Nanette said " thats how I give it because it soothes the baby after the vaccines" . We didnt say anything as she administered all his vaccines proceeded to give my grandson the liquid as he was still crying and he choked once again. Not all babies are the same and I wished Nanette would have considered my daughter feelings and my grandson and not be selfish and administer the vaccines as she liked. She gives no customer service and its her way or the highway. I would really appreciate that this gets addressed. My grandson next visit we will make sure she is NOT administering vaccines to him.
