5 /5 Eric Welling: Im a new patient and have had a couple of visits with Dr Martin. She and her staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. It was obvious right away that she really cares and wants to help people. You never know how things will go when you have to get a new healthcare provider, but Dr Martin and her staff really made me feel comfortable and cared for.

1 /5 Alec Meeker: Terrible service. Shady establishment. Not courteous. No bed side manner. Unprofessional and unqualified. Passed out in the room after a shot. My girlfriend was appalled at the lack of urgency from Dr. Martin to get me conscious again. My girlfriend said she was more concerned and did more to help than she did. Ambulance was called. All very unprofessional and shady.

1 /5 Victoria Watlavage: WE WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES AND LEFT!! This was my sons first time seeing this physician. I initially chose this doctors office because it was close to our home, and it had two good reviews. My son filled out all forms online prior to showing up to the office. He paid for his co-pay prior to his appointment as well. WE SAT AND WAITED AND WAITED, while someone else that showed up 20 after us was brought back immediately. I understand a wait for a specialist with a specific specialty, but this is a primary care doctor. When we left... NO EXPLANATION NO APOLOGY NO SERVICE Just, "oh I was going to call you next"! Please, we have PPO insurance.. We can certainly find someone else that actually honors their patients time!

Dr Martin knowledge , experience and care for Seniors, like myself , gives me great advice for maintaining a healthy mind , body and positive spirit. Im looking ahead for 2025 that as she encourages me about my annual visits I get excited, cause each time , I sing this song... it is Well❣️ Thank you Dr Martin, for your exceptional care . 1 /5 Rosiebel Reyes: As someone in the healthcare industry, I can’t help but leave a bad review . Sat in the waiting room 15 minutes past my appointment time with absolutely no acknowledgement, but the worst part was although there was nobody at the front desk when I arrived, when.. who I assume was the receptionist came up, saw me standing there and proceeded to close the window and take a personal call instead . I say it was a personal call as she had her phone on speaker . Although I didn’t get to see the Dr I’m sure she’s great, but a doctors appointment should be great from start to finish .
