Lua Durham: Great and amazing doctors in this practice, but poor treatment of their patients by the front desk staff. I had to reschedule several times due to illness, working full time and having a four year old child (Dr. Cavalaris was the obgyn who delivered him). I never didn’t show up. Always called in advance. I was never told I was going to be dropped as a patient for having to reschedule. They cancelled on me several times before but I guess that’s okay. I really don’t understand how after 6 years as a patient they only let me know they won’t see me anymore when I call to make an appointment. Nobody ever told me any of this in advance when I had to reschedule. I don’t understand this poor treatment of a patient. Thank you for your lack of support of women that are trying to multitask and at the same time take care of themselves. I really loved the doctors in this practice and now I have to rush to find another one when it was never my intention…

Ive left my name, date of birth, and phone number, but Im not getting called back. 3. I need my health form completed with my blood work results to receive my health initiative, but it looks like Im going to lose that money since I cant get anyone on the phone to ask to complete it for me.
