I went in to have a front wheel bearing replaced. I was literally in and out—I think I was only in there 1–1.5hrs and that time flew by. This mechanic is conveniently located near my house! The communication with Joseph and the other mechanics was also on point. He was very prompt and helpful with answering my questions. The price he quoted was the price I paid (but since I appreciated their service, I did tip and I recommend others to do so as well). The price was very affordable (I’m a recent graduate and just getting into my career)! I will be using their services from now on! It’s great having a local mechanic who is not only efficient and affordable, but also exemplifies excellent customer service. Atef Michael: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my power steering problem. I initially contacted your business, and we agreed on a price for the repair. However, I was subsequently contacted and asked for additional payment, with the threat of work stoppage if I did not comply. I declined this request as I felt it was unfair. Following my refusal to pay more, I believe your staff acted unprofessionally and caused further damage to my car. Additionally, they took all the auto parts receipts, which I understand were under your business account, preventing me from returning the parts and incurring a financial loss. This experience has been extremely negative, and I am very disappointed with the way I was treated.
