5 /5 samantha cerit: It’s always a pleasure coming to this office. I arrive on time and never have issues with my appointments being cancelled or waiting too long. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly. The manager, Maggie, is professional and keeps the positive energy in the office at all times. They know exactly how to handle the kids, despite being given a hard time. It’s clear that everyone works together as a team to create a welcoming and efficient environment. I always leave feeling like they truly care for their patients, and it’s rare to find such consistency and care in a medical office. I’ve been coming for many years and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere!

5 /5 Lucianna Sanches: The office has the best view of Miami, but that is not all. They have the best doctors and assistants. I’m so please with overall. From the beginning to end. Joanna was so scared to have her last baby tooth pulled out and the doctor made so easy and quick. It was perfect. Can’t recommend enough

5 /5 26betsam: Visit was to pick up and fit my son’s retainer. Got right in, on time. Retainer fit perfectly and we were out in 15 minutes. Friendly and super competent staff. Highly recommend.

2 /5 Karmen Ferro: Honestly this place has an Amazing Dentist and great dental assistants but when it comes to the front desk, customer service, they lack big time in this department . The wait time for someone to assist you via phone call is a lot longer than it should be. Especially since this is a pediatric clinic. On my last visit when I asked the young lady simple questions about the phone line she appeared to have an attitude for no reason and Her body language was dismissive. I believe if management can get on top of that phone line situation, I’ll be able to come back and give more stars. Bad customer service turns people away quickly.

4 /5 Lily Cheung: Everyone there is very friendly and professional. My son enjoys his visit and cleanup. The clinic is clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Its a little busy so we did wait for over half an hour before it was our turn. Overall, it was a great experience.
