1 /5 C Roush: Barber shop is very clean and the staff was very nice, however, I was told by one of the barbers that the cut my son wanted was a very easy shear cut, the other barber took my son back to his chair, used only clippers, told my son his hair was too thick and to have noone touch it and how a professional couldnt fix it. He didnt do much, and once I got him home I noticed his bangs were a mess and nothing much was cut or even shaped. The prices are great, but being charged for nothing is unsatisfactory. If a "professional " is needed to fix his hair, then the barber should have simply admitted he couldnt cut it, shouldnt have started something he wouldnt complete, and not charged me.
