5 /5 Bo Burge: Marcos Auto Service was a great help. First and foremost, the atmosphere compared to other auto body shops was impressive. Immediately upon entering the building, I was blown away with the cleanliness and amenities especially the coffee. Abram was an extremely helpful asset in trying to figure out a difficult situation involving AC in our vehicle. He was extremely transparent and helpful in gathering all details in order to properly steer us towards the correct solution as well as options in case our issue involved other methods of diagnosing. This made me extremely trusting in the service that Marcos was about to provide because most shops in the past tend to upsell based on certain criteria of the visit. Moreover, the owner Dan Marcos did everything in his power to help diagnose a tricky situation with the AC and sensor issue which I believe solved our problem because we haven’t witnessed any prior issues since. He also fit us into their busy schedule without appointing even though they had been close to closing in a few hours which is rare. Dan Marcos sent a thorough inspection report with images of all areas of either concern or just to show areas that were inspected to give an understanding. Overall if I could give more than 5 Star review I would solely based on customer service and trustworthiness. I will definitely be doing business with all vehicles here.

From the initial phone contact to set an appointment until the time I received my vehicle, I was impressed with the professionalism I experienced. A lot of work was required to get my vehicle in tip top shape. Nevertheless, everything was completed in short time. I would certainly recommend Marco’s Auto Service!

5 /5 Roxanne Martinez: Super friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is clean and comfortable. Didnt feel like I was sitting in a grungy mechanic shop which is much appreciated. My many car issues were thoroughly explained prior, pictures, a cost breakdown and a detailed inspection was provided and the issues were repaired. Ill definitely be back for routine maintenence and any future repairs needed.

I was incredibly impressed with atmosphere as well as the honesty and intellect of each employee I came in contact with. The best part is, you wont be pushed into purchasing services you cant complete or be intimidated into thinking youre vehicle needs services that it doesnt.
