5 /5 Lisa Holt: My car started acting up immediately after a botched repair job that was done by a State Farm "preferred" body shop in Longwood. My boss and several of my colleagues told me to go to G&S so I brought my car in for a diagnostic with them. Carlos and Goran were both great, very knowledgeable and recommended that I go through insurance. (Other shops would have probably preferred to just take my money right then and there!) They were patient and advocated for me even when the insurance company was unresponsive and difficult to work with. Due to the oddly specific nature of my car troubles, I was advised to bring it to the dealership where they could do a deeper dive into the computer and proprietary codes. But based on how G&S treated me during this stressful debacle, I can tell theyre very honest people who take pride in their work and know their stuff. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and will use them for my future auto repairs and maintenance needs.

5 /5 Joe Springsteen: Goran and his guy at the front, Carlos, are very competent and professional. I brought in a 2011 BMW 328i and a 2009 Mini Cooper S with some issues, each of which were resolved perfectly and without surprises. These are my new go-to guys

1 /5 Tristan Cogar: Its very unfortunate that I have to post this review. Less than a year ago I had my alternator and battery replaced at G&S on my Jeep Patriot. It cost me around $900 for parts and labor. I told the owner that I wanted a factory alternator put on the vehicle. He told me that he only uses Factory OEM parts and my invoice was priced accordingly. On the invoice it says all parts are new unless otherwise listed. Last weekend my alternator went out. I decided to take it up on myself to fix it, which I did with no issues, except that the alternator that G&S put in my vehicle was not Factory OEM or even New. It was remanufactured(see photo). But I was charged the price for a factory alternator. $365 and some change. I paid $275 for the NEW one that I put in last weekend. Long story short, I had to replace my alternator and battery again because G&S put inferior parts on my vehicle and lied to me by saying they used factory parts. I also couldnt swap out my Champion battery because G&S bought the battery so they have the warranty for it. Unfortunately, it appears that G&S is just as bad as the other repair shops when it comes to honesty and quality work.
