Jai Haze So I originally came here when I first moved here because my wife is infatuated with her teeth. This is important because she always had to be put to sleep for even a cleaning. We both go here and she is so comfortable with this place she doesn’t need to be knocked out for it. I use dr bech. Super sweet lady. It’s not easy to find a good dentist in Florida. This is it.

David Newsham Cypress family dental is an outstanding dental practice. Dr Will and the entire staff are simply excellent. My wife and I started with this practice several years ago, and have been impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

Shanna Waters The reviews are true!!!! Proceed with caution. Unfortunately I am also a Medicaid patient and as stated prior, since this office knows they are the ONLY one that takes the insurance they think they can treat you as rude as they can. DO NOT dare let your phone ring while there!! My first appointment there, I was rudely told to turn my phone on silent and not to use it. Fine if thats your policy but dont be nasty when its a new patient and your sign is above everyones head so theyre unaware. Now, as far as my teeth. I have dentures unfortunately. I broke my top denture and needed a new one made. I went into my appointment excited that it would be fixed. As expected, they did a mold of my bite to have the new denture made. After a few weeks, I got my denture. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I didnt even look like I had anything in my mouth. Also, you could see right through the material they are made of because they were so thin. I am currently still wearing my original BROKEN denture because the new one was so poorly made. I emailed them to let them know I wasnt happy and got no response. In my email I asked if theyre even was a reason for me to come in for my appointment due to the situation. No reply until I asked for one. No solution given. I declined to return after that and reported the situation to the insurance company. Now, I have been dropped as a patient. But Im not upset that I was dropped because why would I return?? If you decide to use Mark Johnson, be prepared for his staff to be rude and unprofessional. Poor quality work and no care when your unhappy with the work they did. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Racheal Harbeck I am so thankful for Dr Johnson! He took my wisdom tooth out today that has been giving me so much pain. With only an hour before they close he was willing to help me and take care of it. I don’t understand why so many negative comments about their office but I have zero. The woman at the front desk was extremely sweet as well and helpful. I’d also like to add I’m on Medicaid so clearly that has nothing to do with it.. thank u Dr Johnson I’m so grateful.

Tiffany Windish I’ve been going to different dentist for 2 years trying to get my teeth fixed, I always get the run around because they want to charge my insurance. I went into this office to have 1 tooth fixed and he fixed 3! I am so thankful I went into this office. My other dentist had to put me on a 1 year waiting list to have a filling done, they made me an appointment next week to have it done. I am so grateful. He did a great job too! I finally feel confident with my smile again. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs work done but doesn’t want to go back and forth 2-4 times before they do anything. And the office staff was very polite, definitely made it easier because my experience with dentist is them doing nothing but this office works as a team, they do a great job too. The bad reviews are weird because this dentist is amazing, ignore the ignorant people.

Carla and Mari are phenomenal dental assistants—so gentle, attentive, and always making sure I’m comfortable. And Dr. Elgalady is truly exceptional. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist, but he completely changed that for me. He’s not only incredibly skilled and compassionate, but he also makes sure you understand everything that’s going on. He explains each step clearly and takes the time to answer any questions, which made the entire process so much easier for me. Marianne Hale I received very good care from the time Misty greeted me at the front door, Jordaun seated me and began my care, and Dr. Fraser did the procedure. Circumstances caused my visit to go much longer than anticipated, but Jordaun made sure I was comfortable, even going so far as to offer me a snack. I am very impressed with the staff and highly recommend Halifax Plantation Dental for all dental care.

paula murphy Would have rated -1 if possible. Hygienist was rude. Dentist was condescending and wouldn’t listen to me. They had a $$$$ agenda for services I did not want. I left but not before paying for services I DID NOT receive. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I say ‘time’ because I was there for over an hour and did not get what I went in for (cleaning).

I called Dr. Johnsons office and was greeted with a very kind lady who was able to have me seen that morning. I went right over to their office and I was very impressed. The office staff was kind, caring, informative and compassionate. I saw Dr. Johnson soon after filling out my paperwork and he as well was very informative and kind. He gave me three options of treatment and let me choose. I was very impressed with their office and highly recommend them to anyone!

And I have not experienced any unnecessary work, or up charges like I have in the past at other dentist offices. They tell me up front the cost, and that is what it is, no surprises. They truly care for their patients, and DR Rhee is a fabulous Dentist, with a great staff.

Gao Shan I just had an implant there. They are the best dental specialists in town. Everyone who works there is so friendly and sweet. I wish they accepted insurance upfront so that I can switch my dentist to them for regular cleanings.

bill burgajr A third visit was scheduled this time for a critical front upper need for as many as two implants. My last visit with Dr. Thousand and team was three years ago so I had a head start on what to expect and the fact that I would be working with a familiar team made this time all the easier. When the day arrived I had the same or similar experiences from two prior visits. On time and comfortably in my chair Dr. Thousand approached with the usual smile and confidence that this like the others was well planned and ready to proceed. Small talk throughout the brief procedure as he moved through the extraction and actual implants as he described actual, real time progress. As the time passed, aside from minor discomfort, the process ended with little to no pain. Arriving home as the day progressed the only discomfort centered on the temporary plastic molded front tooth retainer that would temporarily disguise a front tooth gap. Just needed to get used to that which took the next day or two. His work early in the day was comfortably in the history books and as expected, a job very well done. Its clear that Dr. Thousand and team functions as a cohesive, single entity. Friendly, synchronized and professional throughout leaving little room for anything other than a very good experience.

He takes great care of you. The hygienist is great, she worked with me and met all my feelings when working on my teeth. I highly recommend this doctor.

Ive been going to Healthy Smiles for almost 2yrs, I love how she takes an interest in my oral care. The girls in the office are always pleasant & efficient always willing to help with managing the insurance co. They inform me of any changes w/my insurance co & inform me as to what I need to do prior to the next visit. I love they call 4 weeks prior to my visit (it puts the appointment on my radar & then they call again 2 days before the appointment.) The office is clean & comfortable. I like the dentist too, he is so nice ... In fact, I would recommend Healthy Smiles, I feel as though they take a genuine interest in my oral care. Thx You!

Doyen Service Mandibular tori (tori is extra bone that occurs in your mouth) makes it highly uncomfortable to take X-rays. Finding Paulina and Thao who both take X-rays without discomfort is extremely rare and heaven-sent. From the moment you enter, Christina at the front is warm and friendly. Within minutes they take you back for my appointment, every time. I have had several accidents in my lifetime, so Paulina always places a rolled towel near my backside and provides a neck pillow to support my neck. Always has a kind word and places Vaseline on lips upon request. Dr. Thai Nong is exceptionally gentle, and I respect his opinions. He has a customer for life. I have recommended him to my church, neighbours and friends.

John Kinnaird I had a crown removed today so I could have a cavity filled. I was very nervous since I have had bad experiences before. Dr. Nong was very calming and reassuring and did a great job. Karen, his assistant did a great job of answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. This was my first visit here and from my experience, I will go back.

Dawn Raven I had to have preparation work done for a crown (core and post). A previous dentist had extracted my fractured tooth. The previous experience made me very hesitant with going to a new dental office. From walking into this office, to meeting the entire staff, my experience was reassuring. The hygienist (Paulina) was excellent and put me at ease right from the start. She explained everything she was doing in detail and any questions I had she answered and was very detailed in her explanations. There never seemed to be any time pressure and nothing was rushed. Dr. Nong is an exceptional dentist . He explained what he was going to do, giving me the chance to ask any questions before he began work. They were both very up beat, outstanding at their job and put me at ease at all times. I highly recommend this dental practice, I have more work to be done and this is the only place I will go. Mark Habermehl I have been a patient for 2 years. The staff is very polite and friendly. Their services seem to be quality work. When you get an estimate for work, make sure it includes the entire amount they are going to charge or you will get a surprise at checkout. I was given an estimate of 275.00 for a procedure and at checkout was told the total was 420.00. When I complained, they took off the examination portion, but added an x-ray, so the bill was 318.00. Had they told me 318.00 upfront, I still would have had the procedure and this review would be a higher rating. So if you go them, get the full quote upfront. As for myself, Ill be looking for a more upfront dental office.

Rui Nascimento Just moved to Palm Coast, I had an emergency to tighten a loose crown of an emplant installed a month earlier. When I saw the Dr. they took X-rays, right after they said they needed to replace the Crown as they presented me the amount that was going to cost , $3149.00, I said all I needed was to be tightened as my previous dentist recommended. But no, they insisted that my crown had failed. I was not convinced and walked out, went for a second opinion elsewhere.right of way they said only needs to be tightened, 30 minutes later was as good as new, for $240. Flagler dental took an emergency opportunity to maximize my bill instead of taking in consideration the suggestion of the patient. I would definitely not recommend.

When my daughter had her wisdom teeth out Dr Hate and his staff took excellent care of her. Cody B I cannot recommend Dr. Hate enough, I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out and also had an Implant put in. My experience before the surgery was amazing and all the staff are extremely friendly and nice. I have had an amazing recovery so far and had a very little swelling and had some moderate pain but nothing too serious. Overall just an amazing job Dr. Hate did and I cannot recommend him enough.

ol School baby! I walked in the entrance of the place , it was dark and creepy looking. I finally found the door to the clinic. The blinds were closed the door was locked there was a bell that said ring for assistance. I rang it and I waited for a bit I could hear somebody on the phone. And then ring it again I waited again nobody came to the door but that same person was rambling on the phone. I dont know whats going on in there but I found it rude that nobody said be right there or 1 minute or even answered the door. Im talking about the woman that was on the phone as well. Im glad I left the place just looked like it was out of a horror movie in my opinion. There needs to be some better professional manners even if it is a free clinic. I definitely will never go back!!!!!

Kimberly Latham This place has saved my life in more ways than one! Dr. Frankel (Dentist) has done amazing work at restoring all of my teeth from deterioration due to my severe health issues. I have seen multiple Doctors at this clinic (for different reasons) and all of them have been so professional, kind and caring in helping me get back on track with my medical issues. I love my new smile and smile more now than I have the past 4 years. I am getting stronger and back to being me. I am very thankful and grateful for the amazing individuals that volunteer their time and using their professional skills to help myself and those who are in the same boat as I am.

Katie Ann I mean you get what you get if it’s free right? Well the only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because of how quick and easy it is to make an appointment and everyone is nice. Today I had my dentist appointment. The guy looks like he’s over 80 years old. He’s a nice dude, but he shouldn’t be doing this anymore. He filled two cavities and the whole time it just seemed like he was forgetting everything and his assistant was telling him what to grab next. It was very nerve racking. Not to mention he started drilling at my lip! I’ve never had that happen to me in my whole 34 years of living. Just find another free clinic. I used to live in ocala and theres one there that I will take the drive next time I need something done. Until they find another doctor I wouldn’t go there.

Daniel Gierbolini Dr. Sidni Manne and her team were able to get me in quickly and were able to repair 2 of my teeth. Needing 2 root canals is never something you want to go through but Im glad I had it done here. Dr. Manne made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My severe tooth pain is gone and I am very grateful.

Melinda Hug I had such anxiety about having root canal never needed one in ALL my years. I cancelled my appointment was thinking of just having tooth pulled. Then I called office over weekend left a message that I would be at office first thing Monday morning, hoping they didnt fill my appointment. Would anyone ever think a procedure was pleasant? The staff and Dr was fabulous! Scheduling to have their opinion on a second tooth

Jacqueline V First, I cant do anything without a sedation (beyond the local anesthetic). I have very low tolerance in pain & anxiety with dental work. I was referred to Dr. Bruce Manne for a root canal. I went there for a consultation, so Dr. Manne (after looking at my X-ray) said, "Yep, you need me. Lets do this now. I have the time because an appointment cancelled". As I stated earlier, I need sedation (Valium or Ativan) for this type of procedure. So when I conveyed this to Dr. Manne, he assured me I would not feel any pain. And, I DIDNT!!! He was AMAZING! He uses a microscope for his procedures and it was so quick!! I went in at 7:45a. I was out of the office by 8:45a. My whole experience from meeting Julie at the front, Jasmine taking me back & assisting Dr. Manne, to the "Manne" himself, Dr Bruce Manne .. It was painless ,in all avenues. I highly recommend Dr. Manne and his staff!! I would give more stars if I could.

Roger Biddle On Friday night, I had a temporary bridge that was covering 5 teeth come loose while brushing. I was honestly a little panicked, I could not chew, and I was afraid of swallowing the temporary bridge. I called the Drs phone number first thing Saturday morning, within an hour I got a call back directly from Dr. Mahoney agreeing to meet me immediately to re-cement my bridge back in. What a relief, but the significant part to me was not just that he personally responded and showed up, but I had specifically told the emergency number that it was a simple re-cement that any of the dental assistants could do. Dr. Mahoney explained to me that he was not comfortable to put his female staff into a potential dangerous situation alone in the office with a stranger. I could not have been more impressed with his dedication to me as a patient but also his concern for his staff. Ive always liked coming to Dr. Mahoney he makes the visits light-hearted and does his best to relax the patients under difficult situations, but today he went above and beyond and I just had to speak out about it.

Amber Tozer Great place to go for the entire family. We see Dr. Mahoney and he is great with the kids. He doesnt try to sell you things you dont need done to your teeth and fixes problems in the least invasive way possible, unlike the previous dentist I went to. The office works thoroughly and efficiently. My technician was gentle on my mouth. All smiling faces when we visit. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Palm Coast area. We changed from another dentist in Palm Coast to Dr. Mahoney and are so glad we made the switch. If youre not 100% satisfied with your dentist, switching to Dr. Mahoney is worth the effort.

Frank Reubel Dr Mahoney is always available and always kind and when youre sitting in his chair, you feel confident and cared for. Hes been taking care of me and my family for over 10 years. Hes one of the best family dentist around.

CAROLANN MAMZELLIS Dr. Levin has been so kind, I had my caps/crowns redone on the front 4 teeth. They came out fantastic. Plus had fillings and other dental things done. He was extremely compassionate as I’m terrified of dentists. Natasha is great also. Extremely professional. Loved listening to her stories about her pups.

Dasha Markyanova Dr. Levin is one of kind, highly experienced and very professional. He explained all procedures with crown, taking a lot of time with patient, and will make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor, because he really care about his patients.

Rob Underwood Painless paperwork and fun-loving work ethic. I loved my visit yesterday. My experience started the day before with a phone call from Dr. Fox. He called to ask if there was anything specific I needed him to look at before my appointment the following day. It was very surprising and well appreciated! The receptionist took care of all my insurance work, everybody was highly professional, and experienced. My teeth cleaning went smoothly and my gums didnt hurt afterwards. The staff was able to answer all my questions and they were very patient about that. Best dental experience Ive ever had. Im looking forward to my next cleaning in a few months.
