5 /5 Jacqueline: Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Andrew’s for a couple years. Dr. Andrews has been fantastic with every visit. Our daughter was very young and was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The entire office is extremely helpful and courteous. We even had to make an urgent appointment after an injury and they were able to get her in quickly to make sure no further damage was an issue. I will be bringing my other children here and happy to refer the practice to anyone I encounter with Ortho needs!

And Megan is our favorite. She is extremely gentle with my daughters teeth and always very sweet. Overall, great experience. So glad we chose this office.

The doctors are very knowledgeable will take the time to answer any questions you have. This office has now treated 3 members of my family, all with different issues and treatment plans, but all had a fabulous result. We cannot be happier with our experience!

Dr. Jeremiah Mahoney DMD - Palm Coast Roger Biddle: On Friday night, I had a temporary bridge that was covering 5 teeth come loose while brushing. I was honestly a little panicked, I could not chew, and I was afraid of swallowing the temporary bridge. I called the Drs phone number first thing Saturday morning, within an hour I got a call back directly from Dr. Mahoney agreeing to meet me immediately to re-cement my bridge back in. What a relief, but the significant part to me was not just that he personally responded and showed up, but I had specifically told the emergency number that it was a simple re-cement that any of the dental assistants could do. Dr. Mahoney explained to me that he was not comfortable to put his female staff into a potential dangerous situation alone in the office with a stranger. I could not have been more impressed with his dedication to me as a patient but also his concern for his staff. Ive always liked coming to Dr. Mahoney he makes the visits light-hearted and does his best to relax the patients under difficult situations, but today he went above and beyond and I just had to speak out about it.

He called to ask if there was anything specific I needed him to look at before my appointment the following day. It was very surprising and well appreciated! The receptionist took care of all my insurance work, everybody was highly professional, and experienced. My teeth cleaning went smoothly and my gums didnt hurt afterwards. The staff was able to answer all my questions and they were very patient about that. Best dental experience Ive ever had. Im looking forward to my next cleaning in a few months.
