After losing my insurance almost two years ago, I couldn’t wait until I was eligible for Medicare to return to her practice. When I did, it felt like I never left. Dr. Yoder remembers my medical history and consistently provides personalized care. I also appreciate how quickly she responds to messages on the portal – it’s clear she truly listens. 5 /5 Sherill Herwig: Dr Yoder is great and I have no complaints of the care received. However, the insurance billing folks DO NOT have their heads on straight. They billed insurance incorrectly and then began harassing me incessantly for 298.00 for my visit, when my insurance would pay if they had actually received a claim, which they told me they have not received. Tried talking to them and lets just say it was like trying to talk to a box of rocks and expecting an intelligent response. Very frustrating experience.

5 /5 Kate Clark: Dr. Mary Yoder kindly responded to my need to meet with my PCP, or another doctor, as soon as possible. This was following my recent ER hospital experience 2 weeks ago. I was treated concerning several major health issues that required immediate attention. The hospital and several individual specialists provided me with notes concerning my care and I had notes from my family who were present in the ER with me, as well as notes with information that came from other sources. I assembled and coordinated these many details and updates for inclusion in my patient office file, and gave this all to Dr Yoder who found it especially helpful. I believe Dr Yoder was every bit as interested and invested in me throughout my visit, as she would have been if she had known me as her own patient for many years. She’s wonderful - kind, caring, professional, thorough, easy to talk to and understand, listens carefully and is all things we hope our doctors will be for us. She asked relevant questions to ensure she had a clear understanding of the events and of the implications, and in turn, provided me with good answers to my questions and was very engaging; obviously “present” and interested in knowing what I had been through, and dedicated to helping me in whatever way was needed. She responds quickly whenever I have a need outside office hours. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yoder as your PCP. Her office staff is also exceptional. They are friendly and efficient in my care.

HCA Florida Jacksonville Primary Care - University Blvd - Jacksonville J Bull: My PCP left the facility. No one from the facility called me to advise that she had left. 7mar25 I tried to get prescription refilled early in the morning. Later in the afternoon I checked and it was not approved, waiting on Doctor. Further searching revealed that my PCP had left and I was assigned another PCP not near me. Now I can’t get my prescription filled and have to rush to find a PCP closer to me. I have been there over 30 years. Thank You for caring.

Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital - University Campus - Jacksonville Neal Thomson: We moved my father to this facility after 20 really disappointing days of no progress at a place called Fountains at Mill Cove. My father was recovering from 3 spine surgeries, the most serious being a laminectomy to repair an AVM. He went into the first place unable to transfer from a wheelchair, and they wanted to send him home in the same condition. Fountains kept him for 20 days, but he made almost no progress. Brooks had him for 20 days, and released him to another rehab center (River City Nursing and Rehab) actually able to walk 4-5 steps. We went with that facility recommended by Brooks, and 60 days later, my father walked back into his house, including climbing the stairs at the front. He has been living independently for the last year.

Eric Blane Stewart, MD - Jacksonville Jennifer Henderson: 4 years ago when I went here I loved it. Recommended everyone to come here. But now? Drastic downhill change. Its horrible here. Theres no control in the waiting room. Other patients being rude and staff doing nothing about it. Staff not making notes on my file when I tell them to NOT book me with ANY other doctor then the one I named. But yet.... Im still getting scheduled with other doctors. None of the staff, nurses and doctors included really care. Theyre a very free select few who do. Unfortunately I havent seen any today. Def NOT a doctors office Id recommend to ANYONE!

Terk Oncology - Jacksonville Charles McInnis: Over the years, I would make it a point to develop a professional, courteous but close and lasting relationship with my doctors, specialist and their medical teams, but the "Terk" team has raised my opinion to another level. You may recognize the review below. Trust me, I attempted to read through most of them but I found this particular review more closely describe to my specific experience and satisfaction. My appointments were early AM, so I did not get to meet the front office staff but can only assume that they fit the same pattern of professionalism, patient satisfaction and "bed side manner". Thank God for the Terk Oncology team and excited to write a review. Excerpted From A Previous Review ... As I read other reviews, saying the same thing with different wording. I found one review which said what I wanted to say and it, in part follows : "I have generally arrived early for my appointments and have enjoyed visiting with other patients while waiting. All I spoke with were impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, efficiency and positive attitude of the staff. They have minimized any unpleasantness of the treatment and done everything possible to make us fell comfortable and informed about our treatment schedule and keeping it moving quickly. I think the attitude of the staff contributes to positive outcomes."

I came to this office in 2022 and informed them that I wanted to be able to conceive shortly after I got married in 2024 and that I would need help. It’s 2025 and Kristin Foster hasn’t helped me or explained anything to me AT ALL about MY body. She hasn’t helped improve my body, she hasn’t helped me understand my body, and she hasn’t helped me get to the goal I am desperately working hard for. I’ve heard good things about her so I’ve been trying to stay patient but this side of herself that she’s shown me is actually so disheartening and my heart continuously breaks when she repeatedly lets me down. As for the other women in this office that answer phones, etc. They need to be a little more sensitive when answering the phones and be less rude.

Baptist Hospital - Pensacola Jerome Shannon: On January 17, 2025 I was admitted to Baptist Hospital for an aortic aneurysm repair surgery. Following that surgery, I had two brain surgeries on 1/22 and 1/24, and am now receiving radiation therapy and chemotherapy for brain cancer. I can say without a shadow of doubt that Baptist Hospital is a world-class facility dedicated to saving lives and creating the best lives possible for its patients. I was in hospital for ten days and every employee of Baptist made me feel as if my care and my positive outcome was the most important thing to them. The level and quality of care I experienced is absolutely second to none. As I continue my care as an out-patient I am even more impressed with Baptist Hospital and the level of care provided by its employees. Baptist Hospital is just not a health care facility, it is a community of like minded souls who are dedicated to providing every patient with the highest level of care and the most positive outcome for their longterm success. I recommend Baptist Hospital most strongly and with no reservations. I am living proof of the incredible work being done in this facility. Pensacola is lucky to have a hospital of such high standards in our community.
