  • Select Specialty Hospital - Pensacola - Pensacola Kayla McNatt: SSH has been such a blessing to our family. Three weeks of inpatient treatment and my dad, who couldn’t even hold his head up on his own, is walking and getting around now! The nursing staff, therapists, cafeteria staff, case managers, and everyone else have been absolutely amazing. They have all shown kindness, compassion, and care for my father in his greatest time of need. THANK YOU, will never be enough to show our gratitude.
    HCA Florida West Primary Care - Nine Mile - Pensacola Jessica Vickers: Had a new patient appointment I scheduled online. Besides email confirmation of appointment I received no other communication. When I arrived the lady at the front desk said she tried to call me because Dr Hawthorn doesn’t see new patients on Fridays. I asked why did it allow me to make the appointment she shrugged her shoulders and said “it’s the online process I don’t know why”. I asked what number she called, she read a number to me that I informed her did not know (was not my number). Being a registrar and familiar with the process I asked if my information was mixed up with another patient. She asked for my address and said “yeah it looks like it” (HIPAA). She offered to make an appointment sometime several days away with the NP. I won’t be back to this location, and I won’t use the online appointment booking. Very disappointing, and I’m stuck using HCA because of my employer/insurance.
    HCA Florida West Primary Care - W Street - Pensacola Andrew Hobbs: Everyone here is wonderful & they truly care about the patient! I never have to wait very long for my appointment & I get plenty of time with my provider. A friend recommended them to me & I recommend this facility to others. Theyre also very fast with outside referrals & messaging on the portal.
    Medical Center Clinic - Pensacola Jeanette Solis: I had a sleep study at the sleep diagnostic center July 31, 24. The staff Rhonda and Tony I had the pleasure to meet were great! They were professional and attentive. They always knocked before entering and always answered my questions.I am a person who likes my privacy and the rooms were private with very comfortable beds and pillows. I recommend this facility for anyone who is prescribed a sleep study. It was a very positive experience.
    Baptist Medical Park - Nine Mile - Pensacola Sierra Carter: This hospital SUCKS. I went in with bad ear pain & hearing loss, they flushed my ear with water & made it worse. The pain increased & became unbearable. I sat there for 2 hours in pain, so I had to leave & go somewhere else. As I was leaving, they basically laughed in my face because I didn’t want my paperwork. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
    Naval Hospital Pensacola - Pensacola Lama Bean: Ive been coming to this hospital for months and I must say the Radiology department is hands down the best department in the hospital. Every time I need to go and get imaging done the front desk lady is quite funny and provides an welcoming presence. The techs in the back for X-rays are professional and very helpful answering any questions that I had. When I had to followup with an MRI for my ankle the techs were outstanding!!!! What a breath of fresh air to have such an outstanding department within this hospital.
    HCA Florida West Surgical Specialists - Pensacola Steven McCormick: Although I believe Dr Tan is a great surgeon and did well resolving my issue some of her staff are atrocious. I’ve never felt so belittled and minimized by a surgeon’s office staff. I felt like Dr Tan was caring and compassionate but her gatekeeper PA Candy, on the other hand, was quite the opposite. Each interaction I had with her was strange to say the least. Even the recovery staff at the hospital agreed with me and couldn’t understand what was going on with her attitude. Almost as if she had some sort of chip on her shoulder or personal issue with me. I’ve had several surgeries in my lifetime and have never been treated this way before. It’s pretty bad when you have to get the office manger involved multiple times to get help with resolving issues that some of the other staff won’t help you with for whatever reason. I truly hope I never require the services of this office or facility again and will be sure to go elsewhere at all costs. They seriously need to look at their staff to figure out why they can’t be a little more compassionate and understanding. Rather than jump to some sort of preconceived conclusions and be so dismissive of how someone feels. The patient should have the say when it comes to whether or not they are fully healed versus being told flat out that you are completely and totally at 100 percent. This is by far the strangest interaction I’ve ever had with medical professionals.
    HCA Florida West Primary Care - Pine Forest - Pensacola Miranda Lee: Heather Murray is the absolute best!!! I cannot say that enough. Every problem Ive had shes always tackled it head on, no hesitation, and has always offered the best. Literally the best Primary Ive ever had. She listens to every problem, even takes in the small details Ive previously had overlooked. Ive always had doctors that would blow me off and treat me like I was young and couldnt possible have any problems and I was just overweight and that was the cause of my problem. She appropriately addresses every problem and concern I had. And she is willing to fight to get whatever you need/want. I truly cant thank her enough for everything shes helped me with!
    Rheumatology at Medical Center Clinic - Pensacola Lori Seasholtz: I love this practice, they are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr Kachur is an awesome Dr. So easy to talk to because she really listens and explains everything. So glad I found this office.
    Florida Department of Health in Escambia County - Pensacola Jessica Thomas: Whomever answered my phone call on 12/4/24, which a half introduction, and ghetto tone, please fire her and replace her. It is one thing to answer a phone call in the manner she did, but to handle a person in the manner that I was handled was very unnecessary and ending the entire phone call with, WELL IT’S UP TO YOU, was not needed. She needs either better training or a different occupation. Unlike a few people I see that come through that door, I’m nothing of the sort and will not be spoken to that way. She showed lack of education, lack of compassion, and lack of professionalism. She by far is a person I would want to be over anything dealing with my information and/or child’s information. She spells out, gossip, rude, less than lower class, and mediocre education. Just generally speaking from the heart
