5 /5 Charles McInnis: Over the years, I would make it a point to develop a professional, courteous but close and lasting relationship with my doctors, specialist and their medical teams, but the "Terk" team has raised my opinion to another level. You may recognize the review below. Trust me, I attempted to read through most of them but I found this particular review more closely describe to my specific experience and satisfaction. My appointments were early AM, so I did not get to meet the front office staff but can only assume that they fit the same pattern of professionalism, patient satisfaction and "bed side manner". Thank God for the Terk Oncology team and excited to write a review. Excerpted From A Previous Review ... As I read other reviews, saying the same thing with different wording. I found one review which said what I wanted to say and it, in part follows : "I have generally arrived early for my appointments and have enjoyed visiting with other patients while waiting. All I spoke with were impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, efficiency and positive attitude of the staff. They have minimized any unpleasantness of the treatment and done everything possible to make us fell comfortable and informed about our treatment schedule and keeping it moving quickly. I think the attitude of the staff contributes to positive outcomes."

5 /5 Gregary Oxendine: Terk Oncology is by far the best Cancer center in all of Florida. Dr. Terk was my Oncologist. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He made sure that I knew everything about the treatment that I was going to be receiving. From the start of my radiation treatment to the last day, the entire Terk staff made me feel very comfortable. All the techs that operated the radiation machine were so nice and respectful. Thank you to the entire Terk staff and radiation techs for your support and professionalism.

5 /5 Richard Daro: Treatment for prostate cancer via radiation is not the most gracious experience you will ever have. However, the Tech Teams at Terk made a sensitive and somewhat humiliating experience very professional and very satisfying on a daily basis. They went beyond being Technical Staff and were your friends, understanding what you were experiencing and making it almost a satisfying activity every day. I, and all the Clients, were amazed at the level of great customer service they could maintain repeatedly, serving about 120 patients a day. It started at reception and check in, the most polite and responsive staff you ever encountered. On to the weekly Nurse Practitioner status reviews. They were extremely knowledgeable and supportive, being very familiar with your case and adding direction to help you when needed. Dr. Terk and his entire team should be very proud. They all are responsible for running a world class medical facility. I am very glad they are in Jacksonville.

5 /5 A Resler: These are the most professional people you never want to meet. But if you have the need, I dont think you could find a staff more committed to making the necessary as pleasant as possible. Everyone from the receptionist who greeted me by name every day to the doctor himself made me feel that they were on my side. The process was efficient and easy. Im fed up with writing reviews, but about these people I cant say enough good: a review I want to write.

The initial consult with Connie and Dr. Terk, to my final treatments was an exquisite experience of respect, providing exceptional care from all personnel. The sweet ladies in the reception desk.
