1 /5 torry wilborn: Very poor communication and has stood me up for going on the third month now. I originally came to him because my check engine light turned on. He diagnosed my car, told me the issue wouldnt leave me stranded or wouldnt have my car turn off on me. He ordered the part, over a month and a half goes by still no update. I called, his wife answered and told me she would get back to me with an update on my shipment and never did. 2 weeks later, Finally, my car powered off on me while driving. I communicated the issue with him and he tells me the logistics company tried to deliver my part 2 weeks prior to our conversation, but "no one was at there to retrieve it." He also asked me for more info pertaining to my car to see if he can get a part from a dealer. Told me he would get back to me with an answer, 1 week has went by, he has yet to communicate anything with me. Very bad communication. I dont recommend. Not to mention when I first brought my car to him he told me "why didnt I just take my car back to the person who originally worked on it" (My car got serviced in Miami. I live in Orlando) If Im bringing you my car to you why would you ask me in a slick manner to take my car back to someone else? 0/10. Was a waste of my time for 3 months.
