1 /5 Tyre Foster: NEGATIVE 40 STARS Absolute Worst experience of my life !!! Never have I ever left a shop and broke down on the way home and had to pay for my own Tow . Went for an overall tuneup and left with the same issues minus a thermostat that I’ve only noticed because I chose to change the water pump myself and the same spark plugs I put in months before !!! Thousands of dollars wasted with the same problems I started with .Save yourself time money and the headache.These people are SCAMMERS!! EDIT:: That is not the facts. The fact is I picked it up on the Friday afternoon and a few minutes to an hour later my check engine light came back on because And my fuel sensors weren’t working. I brought it back again and again and again, so please don’t make me out to be fabricating a story which I have no reason to. I would love to have a success story for your shop, but unfortunately, this is not the case . the water pump was not your issue it randomly happened. I chose to fix it myself. That is when I noticed I was missing my thermostat, which only could have been misplaced by the last shop to check for my overheating, which was your Shop (unless you didn’t check) so there’s really nothing further to discuss. the proof is in the pudding . Yes you did the coils and plugs but for the price I paid there’s no way that I should have champion aftermarket, spark plugs. Bottom line is my truck is in far worse shape than it was before I brought it to your shop. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me that was not the case.i no longer trust mechanics

1 /5 torry wilborn: Very poor communication and has stood me up for going on the third month now. I originally came to him because my check engine light turned on. He diagnosed my car, told me the issue wouldnt leave me stranded or wouldnt have my car turn off on me. He ordered the part, over a month and a half goes by still no update. I called, his wife answered and told me she would get back to me with an update on my shipment and never did. 2 weeks later, Finally, my car powered off on me while driving. I communicated the issue with him and he tells me the logistics company tried to deliver my part 2 weeks prior to our conversation, but "no one was at there to retrieve it." He also asked me for more info pertaining to my car to see if he can get a part from a dealer. Told me he would get back to me with an answer, 1 week has went by, he has yet to communicate anything with me. Very bad communication. I dont recommend. Not to mention when I first brought my car to him he told me "why didnt I just take my car back to the person who originally worked on it" (My car got serviced in Miami. I live in Orlando) If Im bringing you my car to you why would you ask me in a slick manner to take my car back to someone else? 0/10. Was a waste of my time for 3 months.

5 /5 Victor Montenegro: Came down from Virginia for my family trip and ended up needing a mechanic 2 days before heading back. Found this place and gave them a call for a quote. Very friendly people , honest work , affordable pricing , and close to stores/restaurants if you need to leave your vehicle for long time. Would definitely recommend Reynoso Auto Repair for any car needs.
