Today I saw Dr. Charles Kirk for the first time (I had a filling fall out) and he was so calming, funny and fantastic. (And Amy was very helpful in getting me in to see him quickly) I was in and out in less than an hour with no pain thru the process! And Sharon assisted and all around made my experience quite comfortable. Matanzas Dental Group is worth checking out!

I was given an appointment the next day, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely professional, cheerful and helpful. When I checked in the next day, I experienced the same with the person at the front desk as well as the dental assistant and the doctor. Everybody was extremely professional and caring and just plain nice. Before I left, I made an appointment for a regular check up so I could be a patient.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with them for over two weeks now for a retainer check. I understand schedules get busy but it is seriously ridiculous that I have to go up to the office myself to have to schedule an appointment because they can’t answer phones. What’s the point of having phones if you don’t answer them or hang up on a patient when they are trying to schedule an appointment? They need to figure this out ASAP!
