Courtney Brown I was referred to Dr David almost a decade ago and I trust him and his team 100%. I currently dont have insurance and they treated me the same as they did 7 years ago when I was fully covered. I recently cracked a tooth and called their office (very upset mind you!) and the receptionist was quick to schedule me for the first appointment the following day. I was out in 25 mins and the cost was reasonable. I cant wait to get dental insurance soon to resume my regular cleanings (Ive NEVER said this before with any other dentist).

Glenna Day No one likes to go to the dentist, but Dr David and his staff are always so amazing. Everyone is so friendly and I completely trust Dr David for any work that needs to be done. I also find he is conservative on his recommendations and doesn’t push you to have work done that isn’t “necessary; I highly recommend him and his practice.

Carmen & Kathy De Lisi Always friendly and professional, from staff to the hygienists to Dr David. My wife and I are new to this office and highly recommend to anyone who wants a dental office that still believes in patient service. Go Gators !! (sorry had to throw that in there )

Rory Allshouse I had a bad experience there. I was told by the dental assistant that I had a 50 percent co-pay for my crown and had to pay it up front that day to have the work done. I was also told all x-rays would be covered by my insurance, including the panoramic x-ray. I paid the 50 percent. They billed my insurance before I received the crown, and I had no co-pay. I had to get my insurance company to tell them they had to pay me back what I paid. When I went for my crown, the office manager/ biller argued with me and tried repeatedly to convince my that I had to pay the co-pay. When I showed her the Explanation of Benefits she tried to say I had to pay the amount the insurance didnt allow. She tried to say he was out of network. I had to show her the EOB 3 times before she would agree to give me my money back. I could not get a credit on my card that day. I had to wait until the insurance sent the payment, even though they should not have taken the money from me up front. She was very rude to me and never apologized. They took out the money for the panoramic x-ray. The dental assistant, the person who presented the estimate to me, never asked if I had already had one that year. She would have known it wasnt covered, since she looked up my insurance the day I called for the appointment. They also took out $79.00 for removal of the old crown. Removal of an old crown is always included in the price of a crown. They wouldnt bill the insurance company for that because it isnt an allowable charge. Its a form of billing where you unbundle the charges. An insurance company wont pay it and a patient should not be charged for it. If I hadnt requested my money back and got my insurance company involved, I would have never gotten my money back.

Margie Weiss Dr. Nemecek is so professional, gentle, economical and pleasant. His staff are wonderful too, knowledgeable and gentle. Fractured my back left molar in a car accident, went for the simpler and less costly approach with bonding it as opposed to getting a more time consuming molar, also more expensive. My procedure required NO anesthesia or numbing at all, so thorough and gentle. Dr. Nemecek is the BEST dentist. He is in the business to help his patients totally!

Emma Bednarik This was the best dental visit I have had. Needed a tooth pulled and is was so quick and easy I couldnt believe it. Didnt even realize it was out. Great dentist and staff.

STEVE Bennett Went for a cleaning, xrays, and exam. The office was clean, I-pad to get my information into their system, friendly receptionist, and punctual. Valerie was the hygienist who took xrays and cleaned my teeth. She was very nice, experienced, and did a great job which was painless. As well as xrays she did have a handheld 3-D scanner which took a detailed picture of my teeth. They do that in lieu of impressions when emailing to the lab to get a crown made. Dr. Jarrerel examined me and gave me a good evaluation. He was not pushy, arrogant, or using scare tactics but did recommend I get a few things taken care of. Very laid back Dentist which is rare. My 1st impression was that the office was well equipped and i liked the staff. It is a bit pricy but I will be back

Vino Pereira I had a wonderful experience with my hygienist  Jennifer at  Parkway Village. She was  incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire cleaning. She explained each step of the process, were very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never felt cleaner! It’s clear both Jennifer & Dr.Jarrell take great pride in their work. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Everyone from the receptionist to the team who repaired my tooth were exceptionally professional and engaging. Five stars arent nearly enough - I would say more like a 10 out of 5!

Charles For more years than I care to say, I’ve been having my dental work done by Dr. Rex Painter. He and his team always make my visits a great experience. Every time I visit First City Dental, I receive the best service and great conversation. Yesterday, Amy, the Dental Hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and even took the time to answer all my (likely stupid) questions.

Michael Blum Ok. So my last post was of my consultation/ inspection. Today was my first visit as part of the plan that Kari set me up with, with Dr McMann. Not going to lie, I attempted to back out numerous times over the prior few days before, BUT, my gut told me that is the place to get me over my fears. I won’t bore everyone with the details, but it went amazing. From Alexia with the deep cleaning and gentle hand with the novocaine shot, to Julie and Dr McCann doing the fillings and crown, I knew I was in good hands. There’s something strange about this doctor though. It’s like he actually cares about his patients and cares about the work he does. “Quality over Quantity” is a statement I heard him say today. You don’t find that much, especially in any type of field like this . All for all it was a great visit in my book. I’m already booked for my next step. If I was to rank them from 1-10, they’d be an 11.

My husband and I have been patients for some time now, and we recently switched our two children over. One of our children damaged his teeth and Dr. Haeussner eased our concerns with his responsiveness, care, and process. My son has his beautiful smile back. Tgb 12 I highly recommend Ponce de Leon family dentistry! The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Haeussner and his assistants are some of the best I’ve even encountered. I needed a filling and a crown and both were done in one day and look and feel great. Next appointment, I had a cleaning. My cleaning was thorough but gentle and the hygienist was friendly as well as kind and attentive. The office is also beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. A wonderful office all around!

We’ve been seeing Krista for 5 years now, we wouldn’t want anyone else keeping our teeth clean and mouths healthy. Krista is kind and gentle. Krista is also very informative, answers any questions and addresses any concerns you may have. The atmosphere at Ponce de Leon dentistry is calm and relaxed, I never feel rushed there. The staff from the front to the back are very caring, friendly and professional. Dr. Haeussner is kind, taking time to talk about any issues and explaining things so you understand them. I’d say we made the right move following Krista to Dr. Haeussner’s office!
