Wahid, Wade Abawi This place used to be a really nice facility, but now you are dealing with rude head nurses who talk back to you. They dont do their job; you have to wait for weeks for your referrals to be sent.
Heres a small portion of a letter that I wrote about the patients relationship.
Dear Dr. Mosley,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to follow up on my earlier email regarding my troubling experience at USF Health. Earlier today, I requested to speak with a supervisor from the Primary Care Division and was introduced to Miss Lori Brock. I approached her with my concerns in a calm yet frustrated manner, hoping to find a resolution to my ongoing issues with medication pre-authorization. Unfortunately, instead of offering support or a listening ear, Miss Brock displayed a dismissive attitude, arguing with me rather than de-escalating the situation. Her behavior only heightened my frustration; it was disheartening to witness someone in a supervisory position respond in such an unprofessional way. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she turned away with disgust, stating that she had "nothing to say" and returned to the facility without offering any assistance.
I also would like to mention that I had an appointment with a urologist at USF. After the procedure, my penis and my testicles were infected, and one of my testicles was 10 times bigger than the other one full of infection. No one from the urologist Department, which is led by Dr carrion, ever called me to check up on me after the procedure. Usually, when you go through a procedure they call you a couple of days after to make sure youre okay, now Im going back and forth to the emergency room it seems like the infection has gone up to my stomach, and even to my upper back maybe around my kidney.
This used to be a very nice Hospital now it seems like no one really cares and if you file a complaint they will just laugh it off this is absolutely unbelievable.

Sherry Wickham Tried to make an appointment at the Center for Gastroenterology. Told I have to have a referral. Their policy, not the insurances policy. Not great, but ok, Im relatively new to the area and havent found a new primary care, so lets find one in your network. Today is Feb 5, the first available appointment in the South Tampa area is end of May. Or I could drive 2 hours to Seminole, at the end of March. Ah. So, the word care must mean something else to this hospital system than it does to most people. I guess this is why the emergency room at TGH is always so busy, its slow but its faster than 3 months?
