5 /5 Rachael Parkison: After years of being treated by military physicians and dreading interactions with doctors, I had the best medical experience of my life with Dr. Kumar-Pelayo. She spent at least 30 mins in the room, asking me a series of questions about my medical past, social history, and current symptoms - not based off a checklist, but sitting face to face with her computer closed, paying attention. She is very thorough and a clear communicator, on top of having a stellar bedside manner. Her expertise was clearly displayed, but she was able to explain everything in a manner that made it easy to understand the next steps we were taking and why. I simply cannot say enough good things to explain how positive my experience was with Dr. Kumar-Pelayo. If you have to see a neurologist for any reason, she should absolutely be your first call.

Her office was friendly & efficient, remembering my request to be considered for early appointment in the event of a cancellation and getting me in early for treatment. Dr Kumar-Pulayo took a great deal of time with me, answering all of my questions in detail, with clear explanations of my condition. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Ariane Davis: Dr. Meghna Kumar-Pelayo has helped change my life by telling me the truth, that I didn’t want to hear, and by listening carefully and giving me 10/10 medical guidance on conditions that I never would have considered. I had a “stroke” in August which we now think was never a stroke but a bad migraine. Bloodwork and imaging showed nothing but it was very clear I had stroke-like symptoms. I continued to have these episodes and had to dismiss a doctor for wanting to send me to the ER again and not listening to me knowing I wasn’t having a stroke. I had migraines with postpartum preeclampsia that were severe and debilitating so I never considered that they could be the cause of the health issues that I’ve experienced lately that are bringing down my quality of life but not severely. I also consider being on the verge of death as severe so it can be difficult to communicate symptoms at times which is why I love Dr. Kumar-Pelayo because many times doctors think Im over-exaggerating when I really underestimate because there’s no real guidance on a scale of severity. Thank you! This medication is life changing and I’d give you a kiss on the mouth if I could but that would be weird!

5 /5 Dot Querry: Dr. Kumar-Pelayo is an excellent, caring doctor who couples that excellence and caring with high efficiency. I met Dr. Kumar with a health concern a couple of earlier doctors didnt identify. Efficiency was shown with having a prescription at the pharmacy to be picked up that very night. Also, there was a call from another very effieient team member to schedule my imaging appointment. Im so lucky to have Dr. Kumar-Pelayo and her support peple as a very important part of my health care team.

Dr. Sreelatha Tirupathi, MD - St. Petersburg Sreedhar Gajula: Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathi’s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.

John S. Morrow, MD - St. Petersburg Travis Head: I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

Mease Countryside Hospital - Safety Harbor Bry BEES Creative Co: I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.

Morton Plant Hospital- Turley Family Health Center - Clearwater Stephanie Marie: Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.

BayCare Medical Group Primary Care - Clearwater Global Travel: Had an appointment at 8:40am today. I did arrive at 8:52am, I apologize and I accept accountability for being late. This however resulted in my appointment being rescheduled for next week. They apologized for the mix up so Im not sure if it was a mix of me being late and them having an office schedule mix up but they could not fit me in today. I will be back next week, will update if I have the same or better experience. They seem nice, I just dont think they viewed me as a patient this time around and more like a number. Again, Ill give it one more try next week.
