3 /5 audrey denson: After some time in the ER I was sent to an overflow ER with paper walls, no inside bathroom or shower for 3 days. Women’s bathroom outside the auditorium and two halls. They call it CDU. This hospital has fallen so low. They make millions a day and cannot put in proper partitions and make this 20 space auditorium livable. It’s all broken. A complete mess. You use a bell to call a nurse. Like it’s 1950. They should be ashamed. Update: there was a lot of concern expressed by hospital management and they closed down this space. I was impressed with their response.

5 /5 Who Needs to know: An absolute blessing of an hospital, the staff working here are absolutely friendly just with the exception of the Latino folks who’ve got an attitude. Dear Latinas, if a man ask you, ‘how are you?’ It doesn’t mean he wants to get in the bed with you or take you out, It’s called courtesy. ‘I have a boyfriend or I’m married’ there’s no need for those answers or hostility. If it was a white man asking you that question you would have sang a love song for him. Nonetheless, I won’t let this change my mind on how caring the remaining doctors and nurses were, they treated me right and I’m back to work.

5 /5 Erman Şentürk: We experienced an excellent postpartum care process. The nurses in the ward were incredibly attentive, patiently answering all our questions and assisting us in every way possible. Their support was invaluable during such a challenging time. While everyone was very caring, we are especially grateful to the wonderful nurse Thalas, lactation consultant Susie, and nurse Nicole. We are so glad we chose this hospital. Nurse Thalas is incredibly energetic, friendly, cheerful, and her knowledge is calming. She assisted us for two days here, making everything much easier. She was so helpful that I have dozens of experiences I could write about, but they wouldn’t fit on this page. You are very fortunate to have such a nurse. The knowledge I gained from Susie about breastfeeding was vitally important. She patiently answered every question I had, visiting our room multiple times. Her incredibly calming demeanor and energy, along with her expertise, provided great comfort. You are very fortunate to have such a consultant.

5 /5 S H: Has been a few years that I had the need to go to the ER. However, I found myself there Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the much needed updates. But not as surprised to see how young the entire ER nurses are. I found them to be knowledgeable, very compassionate and attentive. I mentioned this to two nurses upon my discharged. I am happy with the care I received. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was seen by a nurse and doctor in a timely manner. The medical team demonstrated exceptional care, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. Their compassion and expertise made me feel reassured and confident in the care I was receiving. The facility was clean, well-organized, and provided a sense of comfort during what could have been a stressful time. The discharge process was seamless, and I left with clear instructions and follow-up recommendations. I am beyond grateful for the outstanding service I received and highly recommend Memorial Regional Hospital’s Emergency Room to anyone in need of urgent medical care.
