    Dave Krohne: I normally never write negative reviews, but this is and exception for me. I was in Key West for one week and noticed a rattle from the front end of my 2019 Silverado. Concerned that it may be something serious I took it in to Quality Auto & Diesel repair on 1/3/2025. They were very accommodating and started work and finished by 1/4, in time for me to leave the next day. They found a broken anti-sway bar link and said it also needed camber adjusting bolts in order to do a proper alignment. I picked up the truck right before closing on Saturday. Although it didnt pull, it drove strange, which I attributed to the tires that were worn on the inside edges. The steering wheel would not self-center when finishing a turn, it would not creep at all when in gear with my foot off the brake, and it didnt seem to coast very far, quickly stopping when I took my foot off the brake. By the time I got to Stuart FL, the outside edges of the front tires had worn down to the cords. I got it into the Chevy dealer in Stuart and they found that caster and camber were perfect, but the toe-in was set to +1.24 degrees on the left and +1.20 on the right, for a total of +2.44 degrees. Ideal spec is a total of 0.10 degrees total with an allowable range of -0.10 to +0.30. I cant believe that their equipment could be that bad to allow them set my toe in 2,440% greater than ideal, (813% greater than the allowable high value). My guess is that the technician simply forgot to set toe, but that is an assumption. I have tried to call, email, and text multiple times and the owner is never available, requests for call back are not honored, and there have been no responses to texts or emails. (I did email the before and after printout from the Chevy dealer. Since I am hundreds of miles away it is not possible to return in person. I would stay away from this shop if you want anything close to an accurate alignment or any customer service.

No charge for his diagnostic check. At a time when he could have had me over a barrel, he was more than fair & honest.

He did not apologize. Instead he referred me to a glass company trying to make me pay out of pocket for him breaking my front glass window. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM!

    Victoria Daniel: I stopped in the front lot to adjust my grandchilds car seat, while adjusting the seat a man appeared and I told him I was only stopping to adjust the seat. He came to within 3 feet of me and told me to move my car, and I told him I would as soon as I fixed the seat. He became very angry and yelled this was not parking for the shop next door. I told him I was not parking. He kept moving closer and yelling for me to move my car off his lot. His behavior was very irrational and menacing, My daughter and Grandchildren became frightened. This behavior is intolerable.
