5 /5 Steven Hall: My check engine light was on, he told me to bring my car in, hooked up the diagnostic computer, told me the problem according to the computer said I would be able to drive to Fort Myers just fine. No charge for his diagnostic check. At a time when he could have had me over a barrel, he was more than fair & honest.

1 /5 Alameda Girl: I had a horrible experience at Richards recently. I brought my car in for an oil change and to find out why the check engine light was on. During the course of the oil change the technician broke off the handle of the drivers side door. They tried to replace the handle and it didnt fit. Meanwhile they never told me why I didnt get my car back. I finally went over in person after 4 days and found out what happened. They said the door handles they bought didnt work and Id have to buy another handle myself somewhere. They wouldnt give me my car back unless I paid for the oil change. Meanwhile the check engine light is still on. Dont go to them!

5 /5 Alonzo Jones: After being recommended by a coworker, I went by one day, he gave me a time to come back, and within a reasonable amount of time my car was finished! For all that I had asked of him, he went another further and took care of something else that I didnt realize that needed attention!!!

5 /5 Donny Quiring: Richards is the BEST tune-up shop we have in the lower keys. Its owned by a father son duo (Leslie and Jay). Theyre also the most affordable with the best in quality service we have in the lower keys. These guys are smart, intuitive, and fast.
