1 /5 Alexandra Nina: Please do not throw your money in that place, I saw it online and I wanted to take my girl because she was on her birthday, I asked her for an appointment for 10am, we arrived before 10, and the salon was closed, we waited and I was calling some cell phones that they had and they never responded, the place on the other hand and I had to go out to look for the salon very stressed because my girls birthday party was at 1 pm, almost all the salon are by appointment. Thank God I found an excellent beautiful salon excellent service and cheaper. Dont make the same mistake as me. I wish all the best to this Miledy’s salon I hope you learn about customer service, to be very respectful of the customer, the customer is the one who gives us the food remember that, that you organize the room a little more you dont need to be with a lot of money if you cant but with a little more presentation

5 /5 e g: I simply LOVE when my elderly mom is treated well. They did an amazing job with her hair, and she came out so happy. She said the dressers are very kind and welcoming Cuban ladies, and thank goodness for them. Oh, and affordable. Taking mom here from now on!!!

Diamond Dominican Beauty Salon - Tampa Amber Camacho: I’m not sure who the new Venezuelan man at the salon who is cutting hair now is but do not let him cut your hair. Typically when I go to this salon it is a very pleasant experience but this time around has truly been a horror story. He cut much more of my hair that I did not ask him to do. All I asked was for a trim of the LONG layers I already had. My hair that doesn’t grow fast at all, and now I’m going to have to cut EVEN MORE to get this mess of a cut fixed. I’m very frustrated because my hair means a lot to me and to see 3 years of growth gone like that is honestly traumatizing. I unfortunately will not be returning to this salon again I don’t even know why they’ve allowed this man use scissors to be cutting hair at all.

Heavenly Hair & Massage Therapy - Bonifay Cheyenne Gass: I’m not really one to complain or “blast” someone but i’m completely disappointed in this salon. I came in for an appointment to get my haircut with Angie, who I was referred to by a friend. I came in with hair thicker than a horse’s tail and length that went past my waist. I just wanted a haircut. I told the lady that I wanted about 3 inches off. She even showed me on her comb that 3 inches would be about this much. I told her 2-2 1/2 inches would be better. I told her I wanted a blunt cut at the ends. I told her I wanted layers, but i wanted to keep my length. I told her that I don’t want my hair thinned, I understand if you have to texturize a little bit to blend my layers, that’s fine. During the hair cut, I even mentioned to her that a lot of times in the past, hairstylists have thinned my hair because it’s so thick and I hated it when they did. When I tell you I cried hysterically after i left the salon because this lady just botched my hair, I did. My length was gone. My hair was thinned/texturized beyond means. I even told Angie this at the salon. I still paid and tipped for my service. I told my mom I literally felt like I had a rat tail. My ends were so stringy and thin. My hair barely reaches the middle of my back now. When I washed and blow dried, I had a layer so horrid that it looked like a shelf. I’m completely devastated. (I know, it’s just hair. it’ll grow back) but that’s not the point. Thankfully my grandma is a retired hair stylist and trimmed up this ends so I wouldn’t have a rat tail. The next day, I called the salon and spoke with Nicole. I asked if one of the owners were in, and told her discretely about my situation, never telling her who botched my hair. I told Nicole that I wasn’t looking for anything in return and that I just wanted to let the owners know about the situation. Nicole took my name and number and said she would have one of the owners get back with me. They never did. Both Angie and Nicole were friendly. I wanted to give Angie the benefit of the doubt, but this lady knew this wasn’t what I wanted. She knew she just botched my hair. Hair that i’ve been growing and taking care of for YEARS. Attached below I have pictures of before, right after my salon visit, and after my grandma trimmed the ends.

The Beauty Mark Salon and Spa - Bonifay Kim Cook: I had high hopes for this appointment but was left extremely disappointed. Despite being flexible with timing and approach, I showed her a picture of the direction that I wanted to go. After paying $240, my hair didn’t remotely resemble the color I showed her. The stylist initially offered to add highlights to fix it, but she left the premises before we could even make a plan. After trying to reach her for a week, she ignored all my calls and only responded when I messaged her personal cell phone—something I believe was intentional, considering that in her own words she knew that I “was less than impressed”. When I finally did reach her, not only did she want to charge me additional money to fix my hair, but she then outright refused to fix my hair at all. This experience was beyond unprofessional, and I would not recommend this stylist to anyone looking for quality, integrity, or accountability.
