5 /5 Jan: I love Dr. Jacobs. This is my second year as a patient at his practice. He is so meticulous about the work that he does. He explains the reasoning behind his decisions and he gives you enough knowledge, guidance and autonomy to make informed decisions about how you want him to proceed. I appreciate that. I also like that he is the only dentist in the practice, so he is familiar with me as a patient and I have come to know his style and what to expect. The assistants and front staff are kind and accommodating. I feel heard when I approach them with concerns.

The best experience I’ve had so far, everyone is friendly, the office is clean, and they will NOT charge for unnecessary dental work. He is not pushy, trying to sell treatments, rather he suggests what you need when you need it. Arlene is by far the best hygienist that has ever cleaned these teeth. She takes her time and is very thorough. It’s always a great experience.
