My hygienist, Rachel, was very thorough and informative. She really took the time to explain my treatment plan and options. I did not spend a lot of time with Dr. Ruano (it was not necessary this visit), but he seems lovely as well. All in all, I very nice experience.

First- there is NO dentist office smell upon entering!! You know, that dreaded smell... well, its not there!!! Second- Every staff member is Super Sweet, Caring, Gentle and Respectful! And Thirdly- Doc is Amazing! Great bedside manner, talks to you through the procedure, telling what hes doing next, explaining every detail, and allowing little breaks for you to catch your breath! My girls love being tucked under blankets on the exam chair and watching their favorite cartoons on a screen while receiving dental care. My 7-year-old daughter required local anesthetic injections for a cavity repair and she never mentioned any discomfort. My 3 and 5 year olds frequently ask to visit “Dr. Steve” and look forward to the treasure box and receiving greetings from Milton, Desi and the rest of the office staff. Two thumbs up!

She is an amazing dental hygienist. You dont even know that she is in your mouth. Im not kidding you when I say this, and l am not exaggerating. She has cleaned my teeth twice. Each cleaning has been exceptional. Each timenot once and l am not exaggerating, never once did I feel a prick, any type of pain, and my teeth were clean to exception. She is an exceptional hygienist. Jennifer is a true asset to this practice. She is kind, patient and extremely thorough. She truly cares about your teeth, your mouth and how you take care of it. susan turner: Left the office crying. I have a chipped front tooth. Went in to get fixed, but ended up going through all the xrays and usualy crap. At the end of all that I thought they were going to fix my tooth. I understand I needed other things done, but my tooth needed immediate attention. My insurance pays for regular cleanings, but because they have a deal with my insurance company I guess they dont get paid as much as they want, so they would not do any work whatsoever until I paid over $200 for a deep cleaning. I explained to them that I am not paying anything that my insurance will not cover and they just sat there staring at me and refused to try and work with me. I ended up leaving in tears. A friend of mine when through the exact same thing at another aspen dental. So this tells me they just want you to make more money out of you. Oh and they wanted me to buy this really expensive toothbrush... They do not care about their patients, they are just out for the money...

We went through different dentist since Sept of 2024, we have finally found someone to help finish up some of her dental work by adding a much needed crown. He was able to do the crown the same day as consultation, and what an amazing job he did! He has excellent bed side manners with kids as well as very gentle, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! We will be switching to this practice permanently after experiencing such good care from Dr Greene and his staff! Thank you guys again, we will see you soon!
