1 /5 M Z: It’s been 5 days since I went to this nail salon and my nails are still in a lot of pain. The 2nd nail tech I had aggressively filed my nails to the point the skin around the nail filed became raw and bled. It continues to cause pain to touch. Manicure was rushed and sloppy. Very disatisifed with my nails and the polish that’s already chipping off. I paid, even tipped them and left. Lee mentioned they would take better care of me next time. Sadly, I will NOT be back.

They are all so kind and talented, I have gone to Katie countless times for acrylic nails and she always does a great job and they last so long. You could definitely walk in for a set and any member of their staff will do beautifully.

Florida Nails LLC - Vero Beach Christina Moreno: I went there once to get acrylic nails done. They were very poorly done. Unfortunately at the time I did not take pictures. I just dealt with it until I was ready to get a fill-in. It was about a year later that I went in again because I was a bit desperate for a last-minute eyebrow wax (my own fault). I specifically told the lady that I have been growing my eyebrows out for months so that I can get that nice arch. My eyebrows already have an arch. I just wanted them to look full and shaped up. She said she understood that I wanted the arch and started to apply wax. I immediately felt her put the wax on in a curved motion over the top of the eyebrow. I hoped that it was just in my head and she was gonna do the art on the bottom part. Nope. She made them completely curved and removed the arch that I’ve grown out for so long. To some women that’s not a big deal, but for women that do not have that type of arch naturally, it takes time to grow out. I was very disappointed and I haven’t been there since.

She is super quick whittled and funny. I really enjoyed the pedicure as well. Very sensitive not hurting you and excellent foot and leg massage. My husband got a pedi with Hannah and said it was the best in Vero and so pleased we happened to find them! Thank you for your great service
