    • Nails & More - Naples mariah izmailova: I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent nail appointment. I came in simply to have an acrylic refill with a new color ā€” nothing complex or difficult. Instead, I left with nails that look absolutely awful. For nearly an hour and a half, the technician was cutting down my natural nails that I had grown out, even cutting two of them off without any explanation. She applied excessive acrylic, and my nails turned out bulky, uneven, and far from the shape I asked for. Despite expressing my preferences multiple times throughout the appointment, they were entirely disregarded. After this disappointing experience, the salon owner told me I didnā€™t have to pay, which speaks volumes about the service quality. I still tipped the technician $20 out of courtesy, but I left deeply unhappy with the result. If the technicians arenā€™t comfortable with certain services, it would be best if theyā€™re reassigned to ensure a better customer experience. This was the worst nail experience Iā€™ve ever had.
    Encore Nail Spa - Naples Tyler Root: The service here was amazing!! My husband and I both got Pedicures and Manicures. I had Tom and my Husband had Moon and they were great! The front desk service was great as well!
    Allure Nails & Spa - Naples Alexa King: Go to Kevin! Hes amazing, takes his time but w a purpose. He made sure my nails were up to my standards and I like how he suggest whats best or new ideas. Its pretty cool how considerate he is when doing your nails because I cant tell you how many times I spend $ on the expectation of my nails being on point. Im all about quality over quantity! Allure nails understands this. 6starsā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ā­ if you ask me!
    N & K Nails - Lake City KITOKAINONI WATKINS: **Review of N & K Nails - 363 SW Baya Dr, Lake City, FL 32025** I recently visited N & K Nails with my two nieces, ages 9 and 10, after being referred by my sister, who goes there regularly. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I felt targeted and unfairly treated, all because I didnā€™t opt for manicures for the girls in addition to their pedicures. I overheard the staff whispering about me, calling me "money lady," and then switching to a different language, which made me extremely uncomfortable. In New York, where Im from, a kidsā€™ mani-pedi typically costs around $18. Here, they charged me $35 for a five-minute kids pedicure that was subpar at best. My own pedicure was even worse ā€” they charged me $40 and left my feet in worse condition than when I came in. The polish was sloppily applied, all over my skin, and my nails were cut so unevenly that I had to request the clippers to fix the sides myself. And may I add, none of these were spa pedicures! The business practices at this establishment are terrible. They donā€™t know how to treat customers and were outright rude to me, despite my sister being a loyal customer. I had planned to get more services done but changed my mind after seeing how carelessly they handled our pedicures. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never be returning. They lack professionalism, skill, and basic respect for their customers. Its hard to believe theyre still in business with this level of service.
    The Gel Room - Lake City Sarah Jernigan: I have always been very happy with my manicures with Carly. The pedicures are so relaxing and leave your feet very smooth! I highly recommend, the space is very clean and aesthetic.
    Regal Nails, Salon & Spa - Lake City Rhonda Williams: 1st time ever getting my nails done here. Price was reasonable. Ive been to several nail salons around town and I will definitely be going back. Nancy did an amazing job on my nails.
    LA Nails - Lake City Gina Faille: Got a mani pedi and they did an amazing job!! Ask for Daniels if you need a manicure. Heā€™s does beautiful hand painted nail designs.
    A nails & Spa - Lake City Denise ā€œMoonGazerā€: First off the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I took my mom there for a late Mothers day gift and her service was perfect. Mine was good but rushed and fingernail polish came off in 2 days toenails still had some blue polish from before pedi and cuticles not done completely had to clean out nail on big toe as well. Massage of legs was perfect though and grateful Moms experience was better. Will add picture in edit if available
    Luxury Nails - Lake City Wingfield Worship: The pedicure was not bad . The gentleman was also OK. The foot rub was not great, and I should have asked for them to look for the back of my feet more. When I got home, they looked the same as when I went in.. It seemed like 70% of the time that I was getting my feet done. I was being talked about in a foreign language.
    Lee Nails - Lake City Noneya Business: I hate to be ugly because I think the person who worked on my nails was nice but unfortunately their work was incredibly sloppy. Several places where my nails were over filed and when he went under the nails he drilled my skin and it hurt so bad. My nails and fingers are covered in glue. My cuticles look terrible. Honestly itā€™s an expensive chop-shop
