1 /5 Moā: Brian, who seems to be the manager, was not listening and contradicting himself when I expressed that they did not fully take off the nail glue from my pervious gel tip set. I showed him my nails, and he was, at first, in agreement, that there was nail glue. I had went to get my nails done with them for a plain manicure, no polish or top coat, as I was wanting my nail beds to breathe. Brian agreed to have someone else to buff out and take off the nail glue. They had me soak my fingertips in alcohol, I asked if they could individually wrap them, he said, āoh no, you donāt need thatā. I soak them, and Kathy, starts to just buff around the edges of my nail, when the glue was on the entire nail, not just the edges, she then puts cuticle oil on and tells me to wash my hands. I tell her, there is still glue, you did not take it off. She insists āthatās just your nailā when I know for a fact, and Brian himself stated, it was glue. I go to Brian and express my concerns. He stated, āoh no thatās just your nail. I have been doing nails for 20 years, trust me, itās your nailā I said āBrian, I have had my nails for 32 years and I know what nail glue looks likeā he said āI donāt recommend taking off the remaining of the glue, as your nail is so thinā I said āBrian, so youāre saying, that there is nail glue still on my nail. What happens if I would have came for a fill or a new set, would you leave the old glue or take it off?ā He gets visibly upset and says āokay fine, sit down, Iāll buff out the glue, but your nails will be really thinā I said āBrian, I donāt trust any of you touching my nails as a moment ago, you said, itās just your nail, now youāre agreeing itās glue. I paid $19 for them to botch my nails. I do not recommend this place at all. Here is a visual of the active glue, after they said they āfixed itā
