1 /5 Nikki Taylor: The lady Jenny there is very disrespectful! I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment and because she was upset about that, when I called to make another appointment she had the audacity to ask me for money before she provided the service! On top of that there prices are ridiculous & I would not recommend this place. Her sister that works there as well is very rude. She did my nails one time and cut up my cuticles and had the nerve to be mad after I complained. I had a friend on the phone that speaks there language and they were saying terrible things about me. (in which I still have that proof to this day). Very unprofessional and services were not rendered. Will be reporting to BBB as well.

5 /5 Cecilia Dillon: Its my fourth time coming to this place and very pleased with both service and atmosphere. Always as a walk-in and all four times was serviced after only a few minutes of wait . So far have tried David and Tracy and both do an amazing and detailed job. Nails in picture by Tracy. Fun Fact: they only play reggae/ lounge music, which is a plus for me!!!! Thanks Jane for the great costumer service ! Will be back in a couple weeks.

My first few experiences were good and they progressively got worse and worse today I came in for a pedicure and manicure when I got there. I realize I won’t have time to do both so I told the owner I only want to do a manicure and she assure me that they can do both at the same time. Three different technicians came to ask me what color I wanted and then walked away. A second technician came and asked me what shape I wanted then walked away. A third one came after I had communicated the color and shape I wanted.. third one came and walked away. by the time, my pedicure was done. No one came to do my nails, and I had to leave without my nails done. The customer service was terrible. The lady was ignoring me and wouldn’t come and talk to me to offer a solution . She didn’t even offer to put a clear nail coat on my hands my nails wear dirty and I specifically told her I was going to only do my nails because I didn’t have time. She was rude. Unprofessional didn’t offered to make it up to me in Anyway I do not recommend going to this salon over the past few months it’s gotten progressively bad.

Dila Nails - Boynton Beach Lily Feldman: I went to DILA nails yesterday and I love the way the turned out. I got done by Juli and she was so nice however I don’t think she spoke much English but that’s okay cause I went with another person so I talked to her. I think the employees are so sweet and the manager ( I don’t know the name sadly but it was a boy ) gave me and orange. I think it was a great experience and I would definitely go again . Plus the atmosphere was beautiful.
