1 /5 eric kepka: They have a great program and help alot of people out and I appreciate them alot. With that being said I received treatment for a life threatening disease from them, everything was great for the first couple months. Then they lost the ability to do blood work on me due to the loss of an agreement with LabCorp. I should be tested periodically for the disease I have to see my viral load and to monitor me for problems. I called over a dozen times over the span of a month trying to receive answers, all they kept doing was passing the buck and no one ever took responsibility for the problem. It think it is very irresponsible the way they handled the problem. I never received any call backs or any helpful advice from them, meanwhile its been three months since I finished medication and I still dont know if Im cured or not. If you seek treatment through them make sure they follow up...

1 /5 mireya i: I called to make an appt for my son due to a serious health issue that he is going through and unfortunately find myself with the surprise that one of the requirements to be seen at this place is to have the covid vaccine. If not then they refuse to see you. It is sad that this place calls themselves a health facility because it is more important there wants and not the persons well being. I cant believe anyone would fund a place like this. Would not recommend this place as a health facility

ER QuickCare - Naples Marsette Giusto: I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. They don’t just treat you, they actually Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones. This group is top notch and first class! Mike Giusto

EPN Urgent Care - Naples Donna McDermott: Saw Megan H , APRN today who was such a delight and well informed it was amazing. Will never go back to other Urgent Care Offices here in Naples. She spent a good amount of time with me and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. Wish I could give her a 5 plus rating. The other office staff was very professional but could smile more.

NCH Physician Group - Naples Ronald Saul: This is in reference to the NCH Physicians Group at 1845 Veterans Park in North Naples. If you want to be treated poorly--this is your spot. Often times you get a recorded message where youll be asked to leave your information. Then you can wait for days for a call back. Need a prescription refilled? Even worse service. After not responding to the Pharmacys request you can call them to inquire. If they cant bill you for it then they arent interested in you. The absolute worst place to go. Corporate medicine at its finest. Too bad there are so few private practices left in this town. Stay away from this one.

Dr. Sharla Gayle Patterson, MD - Naples JE M: Right before Christmas 2024, my Naples GP referred me to Dr. Sharla Patterson after a positive biopsy. Dr. Patterson was also highly recommended by a Naples reconstruction breast surgeon. That very week I was scheduled for an initial appointment and surgery was scheduled within 10 days. It was such a relief to have the treatment and action plan in place so quickly. Dr. Patterson is very warm and personable, and never rushed. She allows you the time to process what you are learning about your diagnosis and treatment and then, more time to form your questions. She tries to make sure your questions are answered fully. Overall I could not be more pleased with the care team at Magnolia Breast Center.

AuVan clinic-Health and Wellness group LLC - Naples Nedgy Lemaine: About 7 months back, I rated this clinic with 5 stars, however, I am now retracting that rating. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic or enrolling in their wellness plan. It is evident that their main priority is money, and their conduct, particularly Aubreys attitude towards me as a client, is highly unprofessional. A while ago, I missed multiple appointments for my dietary supplements due to work-related staffing issues. Despite informing them through text messages, they failed to notify me that I was missing out on supplements I had already paid for. On multiple occasions, I raised concerns with Aubrey regarding these missed supplements, only to be met with evasive responses. It is frustrating considering the substantial amount of money I have invested in their services, only to be treated as though I am inconveniencing them. Furthermore, they are my primary healthcare providers, and I even signed up for their concierge program at Aubreys recommendation, which runs until November 2025. Despite having insurance, I was convinced of the benefits of this program, but I have been let down by their poor treatment. I attempted to recoup a portion of my $2800 investment, but Vanessa forwarded me my contract stipulating that I am not entitled to a refund which is fine because at the end of the day I’m sure if they can do that to me I’m sure I won’t be the last !! If I’m not valued as a client I just can’t see how they would value my health let alone trust them with my health !!!

Collier County Medical Society - Naples Andrew Gasworth: Painless imaging. I went late afternoon to avoid a long wait and only waited about 10 minutes for a simple x-ray. Staff was professional and courteous.

I was there on September 27th for the very first time. I saw the big manager, amazing since of humor, what a pleasant lady driving from Palm Beach county to serve the patients thatssomething. I think thats very, very nice it shows that she cares for the patients. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Sante!

Collier Urgent Care - Park Shore - Naples Martin Fallenstedt: Urgent care is the one and only way to be seen by a physician! For more modest health issues an appointment should be scheduled with your primary physician. This appointment is usually 2 months from the time you call. Then sometime along the line the physician leaves and you have to schedule a new appointment with the new physician. Then the physician has some private issue that prevents him/her from working that day and another new appointment has to be scheduled 2 month down the line. By the time you get to see a physician you are either cured by some other means or dead.
