1 /5 Nedgy Lemaine: About 7 months back, I rated this clinic with 5 stars, however, I am now retracting that rating. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic or enrolling in their wellness plan. It is evident that their main priority is money, and their conduct, particularly Aubreys attitude towards me as a client, is highly unprofessional. A while ago, I missed multiple appointments for my dietary supplements due to work-related staffing issues. Despite informing them through text messages, they failed to notify me that I was missing out on supplements I had already paid for. On multiple occasions, I raised concerns with Aubrey regarding these missed supplements, only to be met with evasive responses. It is frustrating considering the substantial amount of money I have invested in their services, only to be treated as though I am inconveniencing them. Furthermore, they are my primary healthcare providers, and I even signed up for their concierge program at Aubreys recommendation, which runs until November 2025. Despite having insurance, I was convinced of the benefits of this program, but I have been let down by their poor treatment. I attempted to recoup a portion of my $2800 investment, but Vanessa forwarded me my contract stipulating that I am not entitled to a refund which is fine because at the end of the day I’m sure if they can do that to me I’m sure I won’t be the last !! If I’m not valued as a client I just can’t see how they would value my health let alone trust them with my health !!!

5 /5 Cassidy Bienvenu: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TEAM!!! I have been struggling with my health for a while and these people gave me hope back!!! Vanessa is incredible and kind and really listens to you. She gives you all the information you need and speaks to you with compassion. Doctor tapper is also wonderful and very kind. They really truly are doctors that are here to HELP people. All of the staff is incredibly helpful and I am so looking forward to continuing my health journey with them! Thank you AuVan!!!

5 /5 Andie Gonzalez: I am so grateful to have received care from this practice. I saw Dr. Aubrey Fulton 3 weeks ago, and have been pain free ever since. I had previously tried everything to fix my back pain (chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, etc.), but none of these interventions addressed the issue long-term until my visit at the AuVan Clinic. Dr. Fulton is very knowledgeable in his craft and explained how a trigger point injection would help. I had never heard of trigger points before, so I greatly appreciated how he answered any questions I had with understanding and care. He and his wife, Dr. Vanessa Fulton, made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. They are as professional as they are sincere, and their willingness to help find a solution to my back pain was extremely refreshing. I am in awe of the effectiveness of this treatment, it has drastically improved the pain I was feeling in my lower back. I would highly recommend their practice and cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you AuVan Clinic!

For more modest health issues an appointment should be scheduled with your primary physician. This appointment is usually 2 months from the time you call. Then sometime along the line the physician leaves and you have to schedule a new appointment with the new physician. Then the physician has some private issue that prevents him/her from working that day and another new appointment has to be scheduled 2 month down the line. By the time you get to see a physician you are either cured by some other means or dead.

NCH North Naples Campus - Naples Melissa Medina: My chart is probably a mile long here. I cant make it fast enough to a teaching hospital to get proper care because everything is so far. For billing like a regular hospital, the least that can be provided is better answers. The nurses are always so friendly but they look overwhelmed with the amount of work they have. My last visit we also ran into the blood pressure cuff shortage and had seen this only after I got up to use the restroom, it had already been on my arm. Alot of work needed to improve the care for the changing demographic, were not in old Naples anymore.

Dr.Lisa Shapiro is engaged, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Secretly, I don’t want to share how much we love Dr.Shapiro and her team for fear that she will be difficult to make appointments with.

The staff that I have dealt w/ all these years continues to LISTEN w/ compassion, provides excellent referrals when needed. And I receive timely responses when I ask a question through the patient portal. Even though they moved their offices further away from my home, I did not hesitate to stay w/ this group.

Collier Urgent Care - Creekside Corners - Naples Will Farrell: I unfortunately use call your urgent care two times in the past year. My first experience was December 2023. I had insurance and I was forced to self-pay and it took me four months to get my money back from them. I unfortunately had to use them again in May 20 24 and again was forced to co-pay, even though I had insurance that they accepted. We are now in October 20 24 and I’m still waiting for my money back. They bill my insurance company and kept the insurance companies money as well as mine. I’ve contacted their customer service at least a dozen times and I’m continually being told that it’s in process . The care at Collier urgent care was satisfactory, but their back office and billing needs a lot of improvement.

Internal Medicine Partners - Naples Deborah Ramos: My husband is under the care of Dr Ralph Rodriguez and we are so thankful for his care, professionalism and high standard of care. His office staff is also highly professional in handling calls, questions and expediting what is needed. In my opinion, this doctor and his office staff should train the local medical offices around here.
