1 /5 Jeremy Hoornstra: I replaced my evaporator core last year (to the day) and took it in for a leak test/vacuum/charge and they said it was good to go. The next day it was completely empty, blowing hot air. I took it back and they said oh its our fault, we left the cap off the charge valve (he dropped it in the motor and couldnt find it), did another leak test, said it was good, charged it again, leaked out again the next day. We were told if we wanted to leave it for a day or two they could find the leak but we were leaving for a 17 hr drive that afternoon. So we made the drive with 5 people and 3 dogs...and no ac to the far side of Oklahoma in June. I still dont have ac, I paid for it twice and it lasted 1 day each time.
Fast forward until present day...my son goes in for the same issue on his truck, leak test, vacuum and charge. He has only had the truck a few months and told them he had no idea if its leaking, just no ac. They charged it up and charged him $213 and then said, oh yeah its leaking, but if it runs out bring it back and well recharge it for $100 again. Lasted 3 hours and was empty. We called back and they told us that they couldnt do it, that he would have to let them fix it and then pay to recharge it again. So now we have given them about $600 and had a total of 2 days of ac between the two trucks.
They seem busy but based on this, Im not sure if theyre honest to some people and not others, but my son installed horse fencing for 18 hours in the summer sun to save up the money to pay for his ac and it was gone immediately.
I hope they have a little more respect for themselves and their business than to do this to a child. If the business reaches out to us and a plan is set forth that is agreed upon to make things right, I will change my review, but until then, try to run your business with a little morality.
