For a first exam after not going to a dentist for YEARS. Everyone is soooooo nice.

Never been a fan of dentists and have had bad extinction the past. Very happy with them now so far.
After going back and forth with sage trying to get copies of my X-rays I still have not.
The ladies who answer the phone, when they do answer point blank told me, I’m by myself and I can’t do it. She then hung up.
This has now cost me $200+ in X-rays from other dentist as refuse to ever go back to this place. How horrible to treat patients, new or old like this. Now to file a formal complaint with the company.
