5 /5 AllthatmakesFall: I dont know why its taken me so long to make this review, but Navy is phenomenal. Ive gone to her for 3-4 years now. If you need a womens or mens haircut, she is the one to go to. Literally not only does it look incredible directly afterwards, but it grows out so well too. Shes amazing! But Im pretty sure she does appointments only usually, so call ahead.
