5 /5 Ashley Carter: I broke down on a Friday the week before Thanksgiving. The lady was so nice and very helpful. She took my name and number went and talked to the guys to see if there was anyway to work me in as they were booked solid. I had my car towed to them Friday got there about 2 hours before close, and they were definitely busy. They said they would look at it Monday and call me with an estimate. Since I was being worked in so graciously I figured it would be later in the day but I got a call at like 9-930 with the estimate. Which was better than I had expected. Gave them the go ahead to fix and then received another call like noon ish that it was done. They were great and did me such a huge favor just before the holiday. A huge thank you to everyone who helped with me car.
