He is conscious of how much testing is done (aka money spent) and always make sure your questions are answered and concerns are addressed before you leave. Korie Mitchell: There are not enough good things I could say about Dr. Jarrard and his team. From the moment I met him to the present day, I do not think I have met a more compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding surgeon. He has always taken great care to answer any questions I have had. Prior to surgery he calmed my nerves and gave clear updates to my mom as she waited for me on surgery day. He has amazing bed side manner and is quick to get you seen about if things seem to be going sideways. The team he has created is one of the best run that I have come across. I mean, I absolutely adore EVERYONE from the PA to the MA! I have never been the type to get excited going to follow up doctors visits but I am ALWAYS so happy to go see Dr. Jarrard! If you have him as an option for surgery, TAKE HIM! He is not just your surgeon for a day, he is your surgeon for life.

Rose Legros: The receptionist was nice, the nurse was great, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor, however, ruined the experience for me. She was very dismissive and condescending. She acted as if she knew MY body better than I do. Imagine receiving a call a couple of days later with the test results confirming what I had suspected. Although the service was quick, I will not be returning to this location.
