The atmosphere is relaxed and the Lobby is spacious and comfortable. There is an overall welcoming feel with everyone cheerful and pleasant to talk with. 3 /5 Casey Wojcik: On my 3/11/2025 visit, Susel did another nice job. I have Humana Gold Plus Advantage Medicare Insurance, which North Pointe Dental does not accept. For the past few years, North Pointe Dental has issued me a 20% Professional Courtesy credit adjustment to my charges instead of using my Medicare Insurance. I did not get that Professional Courtesy adjustment on the charges for this visit. Thank you. 5 /5 Cynthia Nayeh: They seem well organized and tailored for each patient. I didnt see any problems. The office looked clean and each person was waited on in a timely manner. Everything seemed efficient and the staff was polite. They explained things clearly, and did not seem rushed , and I did not feel uncomfortable about being at the dentists office.
