She was in great communication the whole time. Dr Tapal came in to do the check up and she was great too. Very thorough and kind. I look forward to my appt in a few days.

They got us right in to assess the situation and comfort us both! Dr. Sojo is amazingly compassionate and professional. His assistant Angie was gentle, caring and professional too! The administrator Angie and the front administration all had polite, and professional demeanor. Their love for dentistry and people shines! I am planning to transfer this office as our primary dental provider!

Selina: I had a very strange experience at this dental place. I went in for a check-up and filling treatment, and after each visit, I was asked to pay the amount due at the front desk, which seemed normal. However, after my fifth appointment, they gave me bills for previous visits, claiming I still owed money for each one, even though I had already paid. I also have premium insurance, but they always said it didn’t cover certain costs and kept asking me to pay for previous amounts. I was even asked to pay for amounts I had already settled during earlier visits. This experience is unlike any other dental office Ive been to, where you pay the due amount on the day of the visit. It feels like they keep asking for payments repeatedly, and despite paying what seemed like small amounts each time, it adds up to nearly $1,000. Today, they even asked for an additional $200+ for previous balances. Very confusing and frustrating experience. I’ve never had this kind of experience before; I have no idea what’s going on. With insurance, I expected things to be straightforward, but instead, I feel like I’ve fallen into a trap.

I am an environmental worker so I know about cleanliness that’s the first thing I noticed super clean and the staff disinfects right after any use. You can tell it’s kept up very well and everything is super new and modern. Going in I knew what a mess I had, so I was pleased with the care plan they presented. The admin made It super helpful and easy to understand the costs and plans. I appreciate a direct quote with no extra extra stuff they are super direct and speak normal terms for the patient to understand. I also appreciate not trying to hustle the patient to buy cleaning tools etc like at other places. The place is equipped to handle treatment on the spot, so I was very happy to do everything in one place and no need for extra bookings and taking off work. I appreciated the Doctor she’s very knowledgeable and helpful she is very gentle and honest. Dr.Aida Kermani she knows what she’s doing. I appreciated the technicians who help and get everything prepared they are so nice and understanding, I left feeling taken cared of. Let’s face it when getting work done the discomfort and the costs are going to be there regardless but at least the hours you are there it’s important to have caring people and that’s what I got. Give them a try very you will be happy .. worth every penny.
