Md Nazibul Haq: An outstanding resource for improving the performance of physicians preparing to take the USMLE is the Doctor in USA course. The delivery of the course in Spanish makes it special since it helps students get past the language barrier and improves their understanding and memory of the material. It is simpler to prepare without feeling overburdened by several sources thanks to the classes clear structure, conciseness, and provision of all the material needed to apply to the question banks. When I took and passed step 1, I found this course to be quite beneficial. To anyone trying to be ready for the USMLE exam, I heartily suggest it.

Bash Azeri: HORRIBLE!!! Terrible staff and terrible service. They had me waiting for more than 1 hr when there was no one else waiting nor they were busy and there was 6+ people working there. I had called before to confirm with them regarding the vaccines that I needed for my exam and they confirmed with me that I am good to go and have the correct amount of vaccines. When I got there they made me wait for an hour then the rude nurse inside told me that nvm you’re missing the chicken pox vaccine which isn’t required if I have had the chicken pox. They literally wasted 2 hours of my time on a Friday afternoon. So now I have to wait till Monday to get my exams done at another doctors office who in face does not require the vaccine. Just awful awful awful.

Jasmine Florence: Honestly I love coming to this place . The nurses are so caring and comforting. The one nurse called Alexsis she’s been there for 50 years only works Friday and Saturday she was the best I’ve ever had in any hospital. She really seems so actually care about our health and doesn’t get upset. She talks about God and you don’t hear that much with doctors and I just love her and god bless her overall this hospital loves you. Lol most doctors only care about money

She was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable enough to have an open and honest conversation without judgment. I was nervous going in, but she quickly reassured me with her professionalism and care. The front desk staff is also amazing—friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. I received my results quickly, allowing me to adjust my diet right away, and I truly appreciate having a doctor who genuinely cares about my health. I’ve always been nervous about doctors, but Dr. Cepin reminded me that great doctors are out there. A big thank you to her, the entire team, and especially Daniel (the Cuban one) and the front desk for their kindness and support!

Elsa Jalil: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The two doctors I saw were absolutely incompetent. The doctor was more concerned about giving me a paps himself than addressing the actual concerns I came in about. Paid for the in house medical insurance they offer, and was promised that all my bloodwork would be covered, only to turn around and have to pay out of pocket every time they decided they needed more bloodwork, which was only for specific things, not the full panel I asked for to begin with. The ladies in the office are friendly, especially Roxy! And the woman taking the bloodwork is very knowledgeable and professional. The wait time is ridiculous! Don’t set an appointment and expect to see seen at your appointment time, it’s NOT going to happen, ever.

Alessandra Radhe: I have just been to this center three times. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. Doctor Bouloute and the medical assistant are helpful and prepared. So far I am satisfied with the service I get. My only complaints, like other patients commented, waiting time are long. More than one hour after the time of my appointment Im stoll waiting. The place is old and dusty. I can see someone cleans the floors and toilet bowl, but everything else is really neglected, starting with the windows, toilet paper holder, the handbar by the toilet, the doors, walls, everything needs a good cleaning and or TLC and renewal.

Mabel Flores: I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Evana Valenzuela Scheker and her staff at the division of Endocrine Surgery. From scheduling the appt to the office visit, it was by far the best experience I have had. I came to her for a second opinion on what could possibly be a scary situation for me as I am recovering cancer patient. Knowing my history she took the time to explain things in great detail so that I can have the peace of mind I so desperately needed. I had arrived late for my appointment and she and her staff waited! Imagine how often that happens! Astonishing! Normally it’s the other way around. Despite the fact the I was late her staff welcomed me with a wonderful smile and took me in right away. Everyone from the front staff to her medical assistant to her PA, just a lovely group of empathetic women. Going to the doctor with concerns can be scary especially if you have a history, cancer stays with you. The trauma of it all never goes away. So the one thing you want from a visit with a doctor is someone who cares and understands! I highly recommend Dr. Valenzuela Scheker, she is truly a wonderful doctor and you can genuinely tell that she really cares about her patients.
